ZillowVERIFIEDI had Alane Pickens as a realtor and she helped me with the process to find a new house. It was wonderful. She recommended me to Pam Madure to make all the paperwork about the mortgage loan better for me. She was also excellent and guided me through all the steps needed. I highly recommend both of them.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I had the please of having Jen Medkief as our realtor, and she was outstanding. In our particular case, we were a hassle as far as availability and needing a home in such short notice but Jen and the group were able to accommodate us nonetheless. Everyone was a pleasure to be around and we will definately conduct future business with Jen and The Connie Taylor Group!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Connie helped my wife and I sell our house when we moved from Amarillo, and she was absolutely wonderful. We actually hired another agent first, and he was a nice guy, but he was not on the ball, and we needed someone organized and willing to go the extra mile because we had already moved out of state. Connie went the extra mile and then some. She helped us get our empty house staged, she arranged for handymen and landscapers, and she actually answered calls and returned messages. Don't use anyone else if you are buying or selling in Amarillo!

ZillowVERIFIED Connie was my rock through all the ups and downs. She guided us through the process of selling our home and finding a new home that is absolutely perfect! Being new sellers and not having done this before, Connie took the time to sit with us and explain the selling process and answered any question that we came up with. She was with us every step of the way and always had that wonderful cheery attitude! Connie smiled even when things weren't perfect and she went the extra mile, even when she didn't have too. I would absolutely recommend Connie to anyone that doesn't want to worry about whether it's getting done right or not. If we ever decide to move again, we will be calling her! She's a true gem.

ZillowVERIFIED If you would like to sell your house quickly with someone that really knows what she is doing then pick Connie. She listed my house and 3 days later I had a contract. Within a month we closed. Couldn't have been easier. It's the second time I've used Connie as my realtor and I was not even hesitant to call her back up to sell my house this time.

ZillowVERIFIED Wonderful experience. We were very particular and she was very patient and understanding. It took us a long time to find the house for us. Connie was there every step of the way. Her knowledge and understanding of the Amarillo area was very helpful. Simply a joy and pleasure to be around. Her clients are very important to her. We will miss not seeing her on a regular basis.

ZillowVERIFIED Connie is personable, professional and prompt. She is very knowledgeable about her profession. She knows her market and gets to know her clientele and their needs. She works hard to make sure everything is done right. Connie is out to please her customers! I would highly recommend her. She patiently showed me houses over a five year period until the right one came along. Each time, she was just as enthusiastic as if it were the first time. She has a positive out look on life and seems to love her profession. I will always call Connie for my house hunting needs!

ZillowVERIFIED Started having showings immediately, the offer came quickly. None of the issues which had to be resolved were her fault. Very quick sale. She had a very good knowledge of the local markets, a list of ready buyers at hand to start showing immediately.

ZillowVERIFIED Connie is a pro, to say the least! She was very down to earth, and really cared about what we wanted and needed. She had the knowledge to tell us things that we wouldn't have noticed about homes and neighborhoods. She took us a bit out of our "ideal" neighborhoods because she knew what we wanted and needed. Sure enough, we found a house, in a neighborhood we weren't even looking at, and it is perfect! Even after the sale was final, she helped me with a few things that arose. Connie was by our side in the entire process, and we couldn't have done it without her. She gave us knowledge we didn't have, she led us to people that helped, and she answered all my MANY phone calls and emails.....and there were A LOT. She never pushed us over our budged, or tried to sell us something we couldn't get. I will never use another agent, and I refer everyone to her. She cares about her clients, and it shows. I love Connie Taylor!!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Connie to anyone in a heartbeat. She goes above and beyond your expectations. She did an excellent job selling our property while we are miles away. Her being a realtor is not only to earn money but it is her passion. We are so grateful to Connie and Ashley for all their help and tireless effort to sell our house.

ZillowVERIFIED Connie helped us purchase property from long distance when we were relocating from out of state. She showed us all kinds of properties and found us a great fit. When we had to turn around and sell the property quickly, she helped us price it right, and got it sold very quickly. She was always available and the details went very smoothly. She knows the city well, and does a great job.

ZillowVERIFIED Connie did a great job of listing and selling my property. She knew what kind of marketing it would take to get the property sold. This resulted in having the property sold in just a few days after putting it on the market. I live out of town and she did a great job of keeping me informed with the entire process until the property was sold. I would highly recommend her!!

ZillowVERIFIED Connie came highly recommended to me by a dear friend when I started looking for my first home. Connie immediately put together a list of incredible homes that matched my criteria and I found my dream home the very first day, had a contract a few days later and 3 weeks later closed on my dream home! I was new to this process and Connie guided me through step by step and constantly kept me informed of progress as she knew I was somewhat anxious about the whole process and not having done this before she really held my hand from beginning to end! I will be forever thankful to have worked with her and to know her and I highly recommend Connie to anyone who is not just looking for a real estate agent, but for a friend and someone who takes a personal interest in you! I also want to add that Ashley Zimmer (Connie's assistant) was absolutely a joy to work with and get to know as well. She went above and beyond to help me and keep my mind at ease no matter how small the question or need. She and Connie both were very patient with me, even when having to explain something for the 150th time to me :). Thanks to Connie and Ashley for everything. Your kindness, knowledge, patience and uncompromising professionalism will never be forgotten!! Blessings to you both!
