We had one weekend to house hunt and she arranged nearly 20 showings and was available the entire weekend for us. Then she helped us negotiate the offer to get our dream home right away. There was a month of time where we owned the home but could not take residence due to commitments back in MI, so Connie offered to check in to our house weekly to make sure there were no issues. AND when our sump pump failed she was there right away to call a handy man to take care of it. The peace of mind she gave us was priceless. ZillowVERIFIED If you are a first time homebuyer, you want Connie Miller as your buying agent! We were first time homebuyers and Connie was amazing through the whole process. Finding our perfect house was the easy part. It was everything that lead up to closing that was stressful, but she guided us through everything, taking time to explain to us newbies about the homebuying process, which means a lot when you're buying your first house! Connie definitely went the extra mile and was always reliable, available and impressively on top of things. There wasn't a moment where we didn't feel like she wasn't working for US! She not only attended the home inspection, but when the inspector informed us of electrical issues, she was immediately on the phone with electricians in the area, setting up appointments for free estimates, and when I had expressed interest in relocating a door in the house, she set up an appointment with a contractor for an estimate for that. Then, she actually CAME to those appointments to make sure all our questions were answered! And as if that wasn't enough, she made the trip all the way to Wausau for the closing, and generously gifted us with a housewarming gift. Connie was extremely professional and always warm and trustworthy, a woman you definitely want on your team when buying your first (or forever) home!

ZillowVERIFIED We used Connie to sell our first home. We started to scope out potential realtors by attending open houses and getting a feel for their sale style. Connie was the listing agent for a house down the block from ours, we went to one of her open houses and were immediately impressed. She was extremely knowledgeable about the property, outgoing, inviting, non-pressure and honest. We told her we lived up the street and were in the market for a listing agent come the next Spring. She offered to take a look at our home and give up pointers on preparing in the for market. She sent us a follow up card in the mail a few weeks later and still wasn't hounding us about listing. March/April 2016 came and we knew exactly who we wanted to go with. We called Connie and she set up a meeting to meet us at our home and chat. She spent well over 2 hours explaining to use what she does and how house sales in Wisconsin work. We shared stories about our common interests and really became comfortable with each other. She took a look around our house, gave us a few opinions and left us with TONS of information. A few short days later she had comparable properties for us to look at, we talked listing prices, she took great photos and listed the house. As I said before, this was our first home and thus our first sale. I was extremely anxious the whole time, asked 100's of questions and constantly felt like I was second guessing our decisions. Connie allowed us to both rest easy with her extremely genuine understanding of the field, the area and her personal take to business. We were blessed in that Connie offered our home to the realtor's caravan the first day on the market (Tuesday), had it packed with showings (Tues-Sat), hosted on open house on Sunday and brought as on offer the following day (Monday). She responded to me constant calls, emails and text during the two days of negotiation and got us everything we wanted. Although our house was only on the market a short while, we learned so much about the real estate process from having Connie as our realtor. We felt much more prepared moving to a new state and buying our second home after working with her. I would recommend Connie in heartbeat to anyone looking to buy or sell property in the greater Marshfield area.
