I had been very pleased with the service provided at that time, so when I decided to sell an undeveloped lot in the same neighborhood, she was the only realtor that I considered for the listing. She invested a fair amount of both money and time into advertising the lot -- arial photos, neighborhood description, etc., and placed the ads in a variety of publications, as well as MLS. The results were excellent-- we sold the property for very close to our asking price.

The title company refused to grant title insurance due to part of the property being sold at a tax sale. Connie hunted down the previous owner and got him to sign a quit claim deed before closing. Did I mention we closed only two weeks after the offer was accepted? They worked super hard on this deal and I couldn't be more grateful.

Once we agreed on a selling price and the listing went live, the showings were daily and we had a contract in 7 days. Although we had multiple offers, through Connie's advice and negotiation expertise, we decided on the first. They are all very personable, knowledgable, and will go out of their way to keep you informed and updated on all the things going on with the showing and selling of your home. I listed my home at the top range of the square foot per price... and got it. Even in the middle of winter. Within a week of listing my home with her, I had to relocate to a new job several states away to a new home and I entrusted her to take care of my old home. Connie and her team worked extremely hard showing my Dads home. She stayed in constant contact; keeping us updated on showings and showings feedback.
