Thank you, Connie, for making this process as easy as you possibly could. Selling my home was an incredibly difficult decision, but you helped make it a little less scary from the first thought of selling, right through closing. I've owned my home for more than half my life, so you understood the emotional attachment that was involved. You gave me the time I needed to understand the entire process, as this was my first experience selling a home. You answered my questions along the way, offered words of encouragement when things began to slow down a bit, and you helped me through some panicked moments because you understood this was all new to me. There were plenty of times that I wanted to change my mind, mostly because I was afraid to let go and didn't trust anyone to love my home the way my family and I did. This was where an entire family (20 people or more) shared every Christmas together, had Easter egg hunts, celebrated birthdays, carved pumpkins, spent summers in the pool, fished in the pond, camped in the yard, etc. - this was a loss an entire family would feel! But you helped keep me on track and reminded me of the freedom I would find in moving forward. While I'm still not quite over feeling that loss, I have started to feel the freedom in giving my life and my time back to myself and my family, rather than constantly maintaining my house and yard. Without your kindness, patience, knowledge, and experience, I wouldn't be comfortably moving forward and so excited to see what life has in store for me next! Thank you, Connie!

Connie did an amazing job in helping us find our forever home. We were moving from across the country, so we depended highly on Connie's knowledge of the area to narrow down locations and homes. She was patient, never pushed, and did video viewings when we couldn't make it to town. We highly recommend Connie to anyone who is looking for a friendly, honest realtor to buy or sell their home.

Ms. Connie Gunn is a professional and her work shows that she has plenty of experience. I highly recommend her, and I don't say this lightly as your realtor if you are looking for a new home in Southern Maryland or other parts of Maryland period. I have been working with her for 2-3 months during our home buying process and within this timeframe we were done and ready to close. she has been devoted to helping Me and my Wife find the perfect home and area every step of the way. She cares about her clients, and this is evident as her compassion, knowledge, and respect shows throughout your home buying experience as well as after. She introduced us to different contractors and services that we need which was a Great Blessing due to us being new in the area. We were fortunate to have a follow-up visit from her on our home purchase anniversary date which I can't speak about other realtors or even hearing of this type of level of caring for clients. She knows how to manage expectations, put her clients first, and guide prospective buyers to narrow down their priorities so they get exactly what they want. By working with Ms. Connie Gunn, you can tell and feel that she is not just another realtor just trying to help you buy a home quick - She is a professional realtor that cares about making sure you get a home that will make you and your family happy, and we are Truly blessed to have Connie as our Realtor and friend.

Connie was fantastic every step of the way and her expertise is definitely the reason we were able to purchase our dream house. As first time homebuyers we had no idea what to expect from the process and Connie was with us every step of the way. She has incredible knowledge about St. Mary's County, it was so impressive - and I was born here! She was always fast to communicate and her natural curiosity means if she doesn't know the answer, she immediately takes steps to find it. Connie was such a pleasure to work with!

Connie recently sold our home while we were 600+ miles away. She handled everything for us so that we didn't have to be there and our home was under contract in less than a week! Connie walked us through the entire process, made sure we understood everything going on, and made sure we were happy with the offer! She went above and beyond to help us sell our house! I would 10/10 recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Southern Maryland Area.

Connie was amazing through my whole home buying process. I wasnt to happy with my original home lender when it came time to make an offer on a house and Connie recommended some local lenders which helped out tremendously with my rate. Was able to make an offer with no delay. Great communication, highly recommend!!

The Tie Dye Team did a great job helping us sell our home. From explaining the processes from the beginning to walking us all the way through to the signing table. Anytime we had a questions (and there were lots) they were there to answer each and every one of them. They were very informative and helpful throughout the whole process. We would highly recommend them.

Ron and Connie Lord were wonderful to work with and sold our Lexington Park, MD home very quickly! Although we live out of state (half way across the country), they were tenacious in selling our home! Communication was wonderful, and they kept us updated on progress. We had many showings in short order from the time the house was listed! I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a buying or selling agent. Very professional, kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and hard working! They know the market very well, and they know how to get your home sold! We cant thank them enough!

As a first time home buyer I was a little lost. Then I was stuck with the bank giving me the run-a-round. Connie called them up and had the ball rolling again within an hour! She was so helpful! Answered any questions I may have had through the whole process and was always available to discuss matters. She even contacted me about a week after closing to see how things were going!

Working with Connie was amazing. Her work ethic and attitude were unparalleled. She would respond to request quickly, many times resulting in short notice house viewings. On numerous occasions, we were the first or one of the first to see a new listing. Connie?s knowledge of the business and local area resulted in us finding our homes in a few short weeks. Connie is by far, the best realtor my family has ever worked with! Upon looking for a home to purchase, Connie worked with my family very closely to show us homes within our price range and that met our desire list. In the market were in, homes move very quickly, and Connie was speedy in processing any offer and negotiation we made. One of the greatest things about her is her ability to maintain professionalism but also connect with her clients to ensure she helps find them the best possible home to meet their needs. Now that Im selling my home, Connie has proven to be as equally efficient in her resourcefulness and timeliness of selling our home, keeping respective buyers in mind at all times.
