Connie was an excellent realtor. Very professional. She provided great service. Listed my condo and sold it quickly. Helped me get service for items like cleaning and freezer repair after I had moved out. I would use her services again if I had the need.

ZillowVERIFIEDConnie was very helpful and the best real estate agent we ever worked with. She answered all our questions thoroughly and tried to help us meet our home buying goals. She was very good at her job and so good we knick named her "Savvy Connie"; a named she liked. She did a lot a work for us without making any commission. We made two offers that we withdrew from and decided not to sell our home due to worsening market conditions. She supported us with every decision we made. She cares about her customers. She certainly cared about us. We will seek her help in the future. Sincerely, Matt Voithofer

ZillowVERIFIED Connie took the lead in selling my condo which had a very complicated HOA process. Connie was able to pull in all the stakeholders and navigate a very traditional and non-responsive HOA to take the deal to a close. She is an absolute superstar and i will definitely do business with her again.

ZillowVERIFIED Connie was very helpful in finding the perfect home for me. She stuck with me for almost a year and a half as I searched for homes in the area. I was very picky as to what I wanted and Connie was patient and provided all of the information I needed to make a decision on a home. She was very responsive and was always open to show a house. As a first time homebuyer, it was important that I understood every detail to the home buying process. Connie made sure I was clear on the process and was always free to answer questions. I would highly recommend Connie as your real estate agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Connie is a true experienced professional - a real estate shark! She knows the market, industry, and most of all she knows the importance of the customer experience. It was such a pleasure working with her. She was responsive and always ready to answer any questions or concerns we had. Our home buying experience was a joy, even in this crazy market. We will recommend her to anyone we know who is looking to buy/sell!

ZillowVERIFIED My sister and I could not be more appreciative of the recent experience we had with Michaels handling of the sale of her house. Since my sister was physically unable to deal with the issues of the sale, I was the go between. I was kept informed of any transactions that needed to be resolved and was very impressed with how quickly Michael dealt with them. We felt that he was very respectful during the whole process. Yes there are aEURoeangelsaEUR? still out there. Thanks again Michael and Connie.

Connie was very knowledgeable about the market in our area. I feel her assessment of what would bring the buyers to our house was on the money, without us feeling like we were under pricing ourselves. Our house was only on the market for just a little over a week before it sold for more than asking. We are very satisfied with the outcome.

ZillowVERIFIED I sold a property "as is" and she was able to find a buyer within days of listing the property. The most difficult aspect of the sale was I, the seller. She was very patient and always extremely professional.

ZillowVERIFIED Connie was the seller's agent when we bought our home in Hollywood in 2006. We were very impressed with her even though she was not our agent. My wife and I agreed that when we sold our house, we wanted Connie to list it. She made the whole process easy. She explained everything very well and was extremely attentive to our needs. If anyone is thinking about selling or buying a home, she's the one you want to call.

ZillowVERIFIED Connie has been very helpful to us for the past 15 years. We bought this property as a rental, and Connie found us tenants and processed them every time we had a vacancy. She kept us informed of any issues, took numerous pictures on walkthrough and was responsive in recommending good handymen for any repairs needed. We recently put the property up for sale and Connie and her sidekick Diana took care of all the details and negotiations. Although our first contract fell through because of an obscure FHA rule, Connie immediately relisted the property and presented us with a cash offer within a few weeks. If you need a realtor in southern Maryland, we highly recommend you call Connie Fitzgerald.

ZillowVERIFIED One of the best realtors I have had the pleasure of working with! An A+ all star who will go above and beyond to help. Connie went out of her way to not only sell our home, but help us find a rental property in a very short amount of time, and help us find our future home. She has been with us every step of the way, working to always make herself available to address our questions or concerns. Connie clearly has been doing professional real estate for a long time, and it shows in her mastery of making homes sell fast, and in our case above the listing price with multiple offers on the table. I cannot recommend Connie Fitzgerald enough!

ZillowVERIFIED Connie sold us the house and was extremely knowledgeable about the house and even though we were a buyer she made us feel like she was actually our Agent. When it came time to sell the house we had no question of who we wanted representing us. She is knowledgeable about the market, plugged into all different marketing aspects, is extremely patience and needed absolutely no guidance during negotiations as she knew our wishes and met all of them. This was a corporate move and Connie understood and excelled even with the burdensome aspect of a relocation company being involved. Would recommend Connie and her staff for any scenario and situation.
