We listed our large home in Rydal Pennsylvania with Connie. From beginning to end, she was excellent, as was her staff. She was extremely knowledgeable about real estate in the area. She held frequent open houses. She was responsive when issues arose. We had an offer on our house very quickly, which was unusual for large homes in the area. She was able to negotiate through challenging situations. Finally, she always maintained her sense of humor. We plan on keeping in contact with her in the future. We have dealt with multiple real estate agents in the past six months and we have found her to be one of the best!

I lack the words to recommend Connie strongly enough. She swooped in to help us after we had been using another agent for over three months to find a house without any luck. We were scared and discouraged. She knew the area inside and out, having worked closely with every agent in the area and having friendships with what seemed every person in the neighborhood. I retained Connie Berg in April 2016 to sell our home. I terminated the listing contract more than 5 months later in October of the same year. Connie failed to generate a single offer, through the peak selling season even after I lowered the price below the appraised value. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Connie Berg to any homeowner looking to sell their home.
