I started my real estate company in 1987 without ever selling a property. I have worked hard learning my business, and training and educating my sales associates to be the smartest and most ethical in the business. My agents have 24 hour access to my assistance. I often co-list or share sellers and buyers with my sales staff so that I get the opportunity to see how they work, and I get to share my expertise with them. I am very proud of my team! I was honored in 2003 as the 2003 Rogers Park Business of the Year Award Recipient. Although I accepted the award, the award truly belongs to my staff and sales associates for their ongoing support and their dedication to their clients.
I have been consulting, brokering, and assisting distressed property owners in the area of foreclosures and short sales since 2006. I empathize with owners who are put into a position to have to leave their home, without the expected equity, due to financial hardship. I try to help them minimize the stress by sharing experience and knowledge, along with my team of experts, to try to assure as smooth of a transaction as possible. I have a few "tricks" up my sleeve which can benefit both Buyers and Sellers.
