Ozzie is an outstanding realtor and human being. I was blessed to have her as my realtor to purchase my condo in 2021 and also to help sell my condo in 2026. Both times were under much time and financial pressures and constraints. Being the miracle worker that she is she was able to accomplish helping me buy at the best location for my family at the best price. She also helped sell in the shortest amount of time at the best price as well which was very crucial to my needs at the time. Her many years of experience and knowledge shows and was needed for successfully accomplishing the job. Her understanding of the local real estate market was invaluable. Also, her broad range of connections and tools helped in buying and selling my property. Especially her skills when it came to finance and escrow. She sits down and truly listens to understand the needs of the client. Her attention to detail is astounding and she takes time to walk you through each step side by side with her. I met Su at an open house where we had a brief conversation about what I was looking for. In follow-up conversations, I could tell that Su was diligent, attentive, and had a strong grasp of the northern Orange County area, so I decided to give her a shot as my buying agent. I was very happy with my decision. I got my dream home on the first offer for a great purchase price! Su did an amazing job guiding me through the process and negotiating the price and repairs. She checked on the house during repairs and sent video/photo evidence of work completed. Su always responded promptly, was more than willing to answer questions, gave honest and professional advice, and was awesome at keeping communication flowing between me, the seller, the lender, and escrow.
