We had a great experience buying our home with Collin. He has a great reputation with other agents, and that helped get our offer accepted during a sellers market. I think agents know that when he writes an offer, it will close. It was a hot market, but we did NOT pay over asking, like many people were, and we even got some concessions after inspections. He made sure we knew what we were getting into (a fixer) and was definitely working for us. Id recommend Collin anytime!

Collin sold our house in Woodland Hills. He came over before we listed and gave some simple advice to make the house look staged without paying for a staging company. Ends up we received 8 offers after the fist open house! We sold over asking price without a hiccup. Collin is very profession and knows how to get things done. I highly recommend him.

Collin did an amazing job selling my home in West Hills. I truly appreciated how upfront he was about potential challenges and what to expect from buyers. He made some suggestions that I immediately followed since I trusted his expertise. The repairs I made on the property were insignificant compared to the price that Collin was able to get for me. He was also very hands on and did not pass us on to other colleagues. He started the process and finished it himself. His stager was also amazing. We found ourselves unexpectedly needing to purchase, close and move into a new home within a 4 month period with no warning. I called Collin because I knew he was the only person who could get the job done while maintaining transparency and honesty to us as first time home buyers in a market that was, to put it frankly, grim due to our needs, wants and budget! When I found our house on a whim and, not ever expecting we would actually get it down to a price range affordable for us at that time, Collin met us the next day, we had an offer in that night, and the seller accepted an under asking price within 48 hours. Not to mention agreed to all of the credits after inspection we asked for. 21 days later, we walked into the one and only house we put an offer in on. I CANNOT emphasize enough how much easier Collin made the process by throughly explaining each step, having an expert eye for realistic problem areas and managing our emotions all the while. My husband and I could not recommend anyone more highly! Collin made our first purchase successful, exciting and very personal. Never using another agent/broker for our real estate needs! When we made the decision to sell our family home of the past 48 years....choosing the right real estate agent to represent us and be dedicated to protect our interests every step of the way was a huge decision as well. We cannot imagine any other agent that would have been as enthusiastic, competent, attentive, thorough and honest and friendly and sincere as Collin St. Johns. From start to finish he was rock solid and always took our phone calls , returned our texts in a timely fashion, kept us privy to every single part of the escrow process, was considerate of our sensitive situation of my 86 year old fathers health, and went over and beyond the call of any duties imaginable by a real estate agent. Collin is an excellent communicator. He is energetic and loves what he does and it shows. Our transaction also included an out of state home purchase contingent on the sale of our property. I was selling in LA area, but I live in Maine. Collin handled everything, from rehab of unit, to closing. After signing contract, he had it ready to show in 8 days and had 16 showings scheduled in the first 2 days of the listing. The unit needed a lot of work but I never had to go to CA, thankfully as this year has not been good for traveling. One month later we closed. He had received 8 good offers. He is an amazing realtor, he cares, he has limitless knowledge of real estate, answers questions, and is there. I have had the pleasure of working with Collin St. Johns from both the buyer and seller perspectives over the last 3 years. Most recently, Collin St. Johns sold our home in Porter Ranch in 2018 with multiple offers being made following the first open house and within the first few days of listing. Collin was an amazing seller's agent as he was able to streamline the process with inspections and visits to the home and work around our family and work schedules. Collin handled all of the details himself including pre-listing marketing, open houses, paperwork, inspections, etc. He designed the most beautiful brochures (multi fold full size overviews of the property that were so pretty I almost creid) and handled escrow details on our behalf. I am a busy working mother with a million things going on at once, and he was very accommodating and understanding of how difficult it can be to sell a home with kids and work obligations. His willingness to assist with the little details, including re-arranging furniture for photos and coordinating the transfer of documents with our association, really made the process easy and actually enjoyable. Collin is a qualified and well-informed agent with great local knowledge, connections, and expertise. I could not imagine ever using another agent to buy or sell a property locally. If I could give Collin 100 stars, I would. He was that good. It was a very emotional experience selling my home of 45 years. Collin showed great compassion and sensitivity for my concerns as he guided me through the process. From start to finish his level of communication was excellent. He kept me apprised every step of the way. My home was built in 1951 and while it was well maintained, many things were old. He tackled inspection issues with great ease and even successfully disproved the home inspectors claim that my furnace had been recalled. This alone literally saved me thousands of dollars. I may never move again but if I do, Collin will be the only one I trust to represent me.

Collin was very professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and detail oriented. He was helpful and thorough from purchase to finish which was 8 months, I purchased my house when it was dirt and Collin stayed with me through all of the build, finding all my flooring, counter tops at the yards, walk thru, and fixes that came out of the walk thru. He has more knowledge of the comps, industry, deal making process and area then any other agent I worked with prior to him.
