ZillowVERIFIEDCollin is a lightning-quick, friendly, non-pushy, efficient and knowledgeable agent who helped make buying my first home a reality. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Collin for anyone in the greater Syracuse area.
ZillowVERIFIEDCollin was amazing. I was shopping from out of state. He provided me with multiple properties and advanced knowledge on the market. Extremely confident, would work with again 100%
ZillowVERIFIEDMy partner and I are first-time homebuyers. We were completely green to homebuying, and we were prepared for it to be an overwhelming experience. Fortunately, Collin made finding and purchasing our perfect home as stress-free and straightforward as possible. Collin was courteous, kind, and patient. He took the time to explain each step in the process to us, and he made himself available at short notice to answer questions or offer advice. His responsiveness empowered us to make informed decisions and ultimately saved us a good bit of anxiety. We recently moved to central New York, so we didnt know much about the city or the surrounding areas. After consulting with Collin, he was able to find many houses in various neighborhoods that felt like they fit us perfectly. Ultimately, we fell in love with one of the first houses he showed to us, and he helped us to negotiate an excellent price on the home. We are thrilled! I should note, too, that we began to work with Collin just before the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted business-as-usual in CNY. Limitations to showings due to social-distancing guidelines made our timeline feel extremely tight. Collin stayed in contact and worked with us to ensure we could hit the ground running as soon as we could. Working with Collin was an exceedingly positive experience. We could not recommend him or the Chip Hodgkins Team at Hunt Real Estate more highly!
ZillowVERIFIEDCollin is courteous and has been mindful of our familys situation and needs since the day we met him! He took the time to figure out our family dynamic and went straight to work to find exactly what we were looking for! Within 48 hours, we were looking at what will soon become our new home! Currently, we are purchasing our the new home, and Collin has been with us through this process every step of the way. He takes our texts and calls, no matter the time of day and follows through on requests quickly and without question. It has been a comfort to have him help us navigate what could have potentially been a confusing and stressful time without the luxury of his expertise. Collin is more than a realtor...he is a change agent! Thank you, Collin for helping our family create this much needed change so that our son can live his life to his fullest potential!
ZillowVERIFIEDCollin has proven to be very knowledgeable, experienced, reliable and patient for this first time home buyer. I feel he has often gone beyond what is required to help make this process a little easier to tolerate. Thank you!
ZillowVERIFIEDVery attentive to details. Answers questions and follows up when I have asked him to look into or handle things. I came into town twice to look at the property and Collin was very helpful in making sure everyone i needed to talk to was there.
ZillowVERIFIEDFor buying my first home and not knowing what to expect (only horror stories from others), Collin and the entire hunt team made the buying process a breeze. Anything I needed, or any issues that came up Collin responded and resolved them quickly. I highly recommend him to anyone on the market for a new home!
ZillowVERIFIEDCollin was kind, courteous and most helpful in the purchase of our new home. It was a difficult task in choosing a home and he was more than accomidaring in answering any questions or concerns that we may have had throughout the process. As first time home buyers I thought that he did an amazing job of walking and talking us through each step. It was always good to know that he was a phone call away and his responses were quick and thorough. Collin and Hunt realty/ metgave were all a pleasure to work with. Thankyou so much Collin!! You are wonderful. John and Kathy Still??
