ZillowVERIFIEDCollette is an incredible realtor! She has bent over backwards for us and helped us get the best deal on our loan by calling banks for us. We had to do a "sight unseen" purchase and she was ready to do video calls to view houses withing 30 minutes of us requesting them. She is not pushy at all. We didn't end up purchasing a house due to some personal circumstances but would be happy to have her be our realtor again if the chance arrives.

ZillowVERIFIED We met Collette 5 years ago when we first started our search for our home. While life happened, she always stuck with us. She always checked in to see how we and our family were. When we finally we able to wholeheartedly start the search she was right there by our side. Collete explained everything to us without talking down to us. She made time to show us a lot of homes on many different days. By being there to answer all questions and help us see how each home could be THE home made us feel comfortable in finally finding and picking out our home. We are ever so grateful she stuck it out with us for all those years. I don't think we would have found our home without her.

ZillowVERIFIED Collette was an excellent listener, and sincerely wanted to help us accomplish our goals. She was very knowledgeable of the market conditions and the sales process, and things buyers look for in a home. We knew the house needed updating. Collette never told us what we "need" to do, but provided valuable input based on her experience with other homes. When we made our decisions, she helped expedite the process by suggesting local providers whom she knew were prompt and reliable. When we put the house on the market, Collette quickly worked to find buyers. We were pleasantly surprised the house sold within 6 weeks. Collette simply worked hard in every way to make sure we had a good outcome.

ZillowVERIFIED Collette was a pleasure to work with! She made our first time home-buying experience stress free and fun, but yet professional and personal at the same time. Better yet, she even informed and educated us on the process throughout and was always there to answer questions or discuss any concerns we had. I never thought buying a home could be this easy until we found Collette! I recommend using her to help you find your perfect home.

ZillowVERIFIED A lifetime resident of the area, Collette is one of the nicest people we know. She both listens and gives ideas on how to sell a home. We worked as a team, which helped us let go of a much loved house.Collette has an eye for taking photos, which gave us a huge advantage on Zillow. She knows the best workmen in the area for all the little things. Last, Collette knows how to dot those i's and cross those t's. Details matter! We highly recommend using Collette for buying and selling a home in the high end market. She helped us buy ours ten years ago and sold it for us this month!

ZillowVERIFIED Collette was both very professional and personable. It was a pleasure working with her on a very complicated purchase and much of the communication was at a distance as I was in WI and she and my husband were both in KS. She worked very hard for us and made us feel like we were working with a very knowledgable friend!

ZillowVERIFIED We would like to give Collette a big thanks for helping us find our first home. She was very helpful. Collette took us to look at as many homes as it took to find us the right one. Once we found our home, Collette was able to help us get into our home as soon as she could. Now we not only have a great home, but we are also starting our family in it. Thanks again for all your help.

ZillowVERIFIED Collette is excellent to work with. She sold my Dad's house that was over 2 hours away from where I live. It is an older house that needed alot of work and she helped me with getting the house fixed and ready to sell. It was not your typical sale and Collette handled it with perfection. I would recommend Collette to help with your real estate needs. You can really tell that she cares about her customers and she works very hard to make sure her customers are treated fairly and are happy with the outcome of their home. Collette has great communication and negotiation skills. She is professional, honest and a pleasure to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED Collette went above and beyond what we expected. Being out of town we were not able to get over to the house to oversee everything that needed done. She took that task over so the work on the house could get done. We are very impressed with how she helped us in getting everything ready so the house could be sold.

ZillowVERIFIED Collette has worked with us in several occasions, to buy or sell. She has many qualities as a professional realtor, but what strikes me the most is that she is very sensitive to the needs of her customers. She is extremely flexible and will go to any length to rearrange schedules, meeting places, etc. (day or night!!) to please her customers.

ZillowVERIFIED Collette was a Godsend for my family back in 2011 when issue after issue came up with each house we were interested to pursue. As I was soon to retire, there was a palpable deadline that loomed over us which added stress due to the unknown availability of an affordable home that would suit our growing family. Collette showed us that she really cared by going out of her way, working hard, moving her schedule to accommodate us and more, to finally land us in a suitable home. She is honest, genuine and her knowledge of the area and its history helped pave the way to finding what was good for us and also what we wanted and needed. She is basically an awesome negotiator. My wife and I can't say enough good things about Collette. She found us the house that we are comfortable in and we gained a true friend in her.

ZillowVERIFIED Collette was exceptional. She always went above and beyond, Consistantly keeping communication and offering reassurance during the stressful time of selling a house. I had moved to another state, and during that time, my house had been damaged. She even organized getting everything put back together and delt with the contractors to make that happen for me.I would prouldy reccomend Collette!

ZillowVERIFIED Collette is the cream of the crop, a wonderful real estate agent!!! She helped us via email before we even stepped foot into Kansas and then she found "our" home within four days!! She found it, really - it had not even hit the MLS listings yet. She called us late afternoon, we walked thought the house by early evening and we had a signed contract with the owners before midnight!! We were afforded the opportunity to see her as a wife and mother also, what a wonderful, well-rounded woman she is! We would not hesitate to use her again, or honestly, anyone she recommended!

ZillowVERIFIED Dealing with Collette on our house purchase while we live in a different state was a great experience. She helped us through the process from start to finish and seemed to genuinely care about getting exactly what we wanted. She was always there, even when I had a question about what to do next. She was always available when I needed her, and always upbeat and positive.

ZillowVERIFIED I recently sold the home my parents built in the mid sixties. This was also the house in which I grew up. There was a lot of emotional attachment to this home. From the day I went in to discuss putting the house on the market to the day of closing, Collette was understanding and sensitive to the situation while at the same time maintaining professionalism. She conducted several open houses and made suggestions as to staging to make the house a little more inviting since it was devoid of furniture and other decor. Collette kept me informed and returned calls made to her in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to recommend this agent to anyone considering buying or selling a home.
