ZillowVERIFIED Fantastic agent. Responsive, resourceful, highly effective, and a clear, concise communicator. Colleen makes things happen fast, yet you always know precisely what is happening. This is a rare and deeply valuable gift when dealing with the big home purchase rollercoaster. The purchase situation, like so many, was complicated and full of plot twists, and the prospective home, like so many, was a one in a million find for us. Every day, Colleen went the extra mile for us, filling in gaps and offering solutions more or less instantaneously as problems emerged. She is a true ace, and we would recommend her to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED If I could give Colleen six stars I would, she met and exceeded all of my requests and expectations with a great balance of kindness and professionalism that is just easy to deal with. Our country property had lots of dynamics with Colleen handling both the buyer and seller that had multiple opportunities to derail the sale but she met every challenge head on with a book of knowledge and expertise that was just impressive to see. I would not hesitate to use Colleen again for any transaction big or small.

ZillowVERIFIED We first met Colleen in 2012 when we bought our house. Through the entire process, she was always there to answer any questions and made us feel like family. That is why 8yrs later when we decided to sell our home and buy a new one, we knew the only person we could trust was Colleen. Even though the process felt like a rollercoaster ride, Colleen went above and beyond to make sure everything stayed on track. For us, Colleen is not just our realtor. She is a really close friend that we love as family.

ZillowVERIFIED Colleen is one of the most professional people I have ever met. She helped me with the whole process of selling our house. When there was a problem Colleen helped me work those problems out. On a scale of 1-10 I would give her a 20. I hope someday we can work together again.

ZillowVERIFIED Colleen did a great job from start to finish. There were a couple issues during the process and she took care of them quickly. Being a truck driver I was gone through most of the purchase and Colleen made sure I was up to date at all time. In a nutshell, Colleen knows her stuff.

ZillowVERIFIED Colleen represented us in the sale of our interest in a property in Northern CA. This was a long distance, out of state transaction where she represented us in a most professional, responsive, respectful, and knowledgeable way. Colleen returned calls promptly and her expertise is commendable. She made the process of selling our home very easy and stress-free. We highly recommend Colleen as an agent and know you would be as happy as we are with her.

Colleen was very knowledgeable about the area and knew what sort of potential market there was, unlike other realtors. She was very responsive and easy to work with. She helped us navigate a few small glitches successfully. Definitely someone I would recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED After we got ahold of her, Colleen was an excellent realtor to work with. It was the perfect small town experience: not only did she know the sellers and the property personally, she also knew the ins and outs of Colusa County's property-selling processes. All of which meant that we were able to go from making an offer to picking up the keys in just over a month. On one of our first mornings in our new house, Colleen even dropped by with a gift (and kindly explained exactly where our fuse box was.) Would definitely work with Colleen again!

ZillowVERIFIED I was looking into a completely different house at first, but things went south because we were the second offer on the house itself. So we ended up looking at another house that had just recently got put for sale. The whole experience was really smooth and easy. Colleen, is very professional experienced. If i ever were to sell/buy a house I would definitely look for her.

ZillowVERIFIED She is outstanding. Her expertise with all the details of the real-estate process, negotiations and contract details is exceptional. I asked many questions about the house I needed to buy. She always provided accurate , fair, no nonsense, straight up answers that greatly assisted me during the buying process. She also works very well with the other principles, (sellers, escrow, loan officers, appraisers, inspectors and so on). Since I was not from the area, most of my communications was phone and email. Still, my escrow closed in about 21 days. And everything about the home exceeded my expectations. Just outstanding! Everyone should have Colleen on there side when buying a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Colleen was great to work with! We are remote homeowner/landlords so we could not be there to oversee much of anything on the sale of our rental. Colleen set up all the local services and kept us in the loop the whole time. She arranged everything in a timely manner and we began to receive offers. She was very easy to work with and negotiated a good price for us and the home was sold quickly. We would highly recommend Colleen to anyone that wants to buy or sell their home.

ZillowVERIFIED Colleen has been very helpful to me through the process of buying a very old house that needs some work. She recommended professionals to do inspections and give quotes. She set up the appointments and made sure scheduled work was done correctly. She has answered my many questions and helped me negotiate the process of buying my first home as a single person. Her accompaniment has helped me feel confident I have made the right choice for a home. She has even offered to assist me with negotiating the process of having the work done on the house. She has gone above and beyond what I would have expected a realtor to do for a home buyer. Thank you Colleen.

ZillowVERIFIED My family and I are so glad to have worked with Colleen during the sale of my mother's home. She was very warm and caring, offering calming and confidence-inspiring advice but also wonderfully professional and efficient. She is clearly a seasoned veteran and knows exactly how to handle all aspects of the process. There were no surprises due to Colleen and this was a real blessing during a terribly trying time. We are SO grateful to her!

ZillowVERIFIED Colleen really took on a project with this one - and did an outstanding job! Being remote homeowners and having a tenant that tried to destroy our house we were looking at many hours of driving time and really had no contacts in the area. Colleen knew who to call to get all of work done and put the house back together. She kept us informed throughout the entire renovation with email and pictures, and got the house on the market, sold it quickly and walked us through the escrow process. Thanks again Colleen - you're the best!

ZillowVERIFIED Colleen was always professional, attentive and detail-oriented in handling of the sale of our second home, some 550 miles away from where we live. Due to my wife's cancer treatments, we weren't able to get to our second home as often as we'd have liked. Colleen stepped up and handled the details we couldn't, including ordering and handling inspections, ordering and handling repair work, dealing with our attorney with legal matters and even dealing with the city on a lot split matter. She acted outside what normally is expected, we believe, and we are indebted to her.

ZillowVERIFIED Colleen is a wonderful realtor. I was very picky on the home that I wanted. Colleen accepted that and understood. she was able to adapt to our schedule to show us houses (early mornings, late evenings, Sundays and even in the rain). She hung in there with us, and helped us get thru the anxiety of waiting for the keys to our new home. We highly recommend her.

Colleen was very supportive and respectful as well as patient (we needed a consensus on the actionable items). She is a very personable and kind person and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.
