ZillowVERIFIED Colleen did a truly excellent job for me. I sold a home in Kingman. I live in Charlotte, NC. She handled the listing, her husband took excellent pictures of the home. The home sold immediately at an all-time record price for this style of home. The escrow went smoothly. Colleen is an excellent communicator. She does answer her phone always. I would highly recommend her to anyone thinking of buying or selling property in Kingman.

ZillowVERIFIED Colleen is hands down the best realtor you will ever need. I needed help selling my home from out of state and she made this transaction so easy. My house needed quite a bit of work before it was listed and she went out of her way to find ALL of the contractors to the complete the work. Thank you Colleen for all your help!

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot begin to describe the amount of appreciation that I have for Colleen and everything she has done for me. Not only did she find the right property, yet she was there literally every step of the way. Emails/phone calls were answered on the spot and communication was seamless. I undoubtedly know that without having Colleen, with her knowledge and attentiveness on my side that I would not have achieved the goal of obtaining the property that I did. I truly knew from day one that she had my best interest at heart which proved itself to be true time and time again throughout the entire transaction. You can truly tell that Colleen really must love what she does, for she seems to have an infinite enthusiasm that you just dont see with most professionals these days.

ZillowVERIFIED Colleen is just fantastic to work with! Not only professional and ready to answer questions virtually at any time, but also supportive on a personal level, sharing in ways that really helped me through some challenges I faced while selling my parents' house for them during their transition to elder care. I cannot recommend Colleen Vance enough. Working with her has been one of the best experiences dealing with real estate transitions I have ever known.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Colleen has been amazing. She goes out of her way to assist in any way she can. I was out of state while selling two houses and she kept me informed every step of the way. She also made special trips to the houses to check on repair status and arranged all necessary work during escrow. She is extremely professional and always looks out for my best interests. I highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED I originally contacted Colleen for a home listed on Zillow but it was already in escrow. I found another home in the same neighborhood and used Colleen as my realtor. After meeting in person at the house, Colleen had my full trust and confidence that she would ensure I was treated fairly. We found an issue on the final walkthrough and Colleen made sure it was corrected before closing.

Colleen saved me! She answered my ad response of me looking for an out of state agent to help me find a home in Bullhead City. Colleen knocked it outta the park. And that carried on while I was back in Texas with phone calls checking in and her going to my new house before it closed getting measurements and everything else. I highly recommend Colleen and Top Producers Realty! dY'?

ZillowVERIFIED I was living 275 miles away from where we wanted to be living in another state, trying to find a new house thru local agents. Not having much luck until thru Zillow, we connected with Colleen Vance. She was very helpful from the first phone call, helping us find local listings, weeding out the ones we didnt want to even drive out to view, made our relocating to another state as easy as possible. I will gladly refer anyone looking to buy in the area Colleen handles to her. We are very happy in our new home.

ZillowVERIFIED Colleen was a realtor that responded to a call on another house we looked at but ended up not making an offer on it. We felt so comfortable with her that we decided to use her to help us find the house that we did want to buy. She prepared lists of homes she thought we would like, took us too them and was very responsive to getting questions answered and information back to us promptly. She helped us negotiate a price for the house we decided on and was on top of everything through the entire process. Always kept her word and always kept a smile on her face. We had a tough time with the selling realtor, but she really made up for it. I highly recommend her!!
