ZillowVERIFIEDDo yourself a favor and make this Lady your realtor! We blindly called her off Zillow and both my wife and I feel very fortunate to have found her. She knows her stuff, was easy to work with and was very accommodating to our schedule. Great experience and would recommend her to everyone!
ZillowVERIFIEDWe loved working with Colleen! Not knowing the area well, she was very helpful with our search for a home. She worked with our schedule and was very patient and willing to meet at our conveinace. She knows the market well and has knowledge of home building herself, so she was able to answer many questions. We highly recommend Colleen! You won't be disappointed!
ZillowVERIFIEDColleen was always available for us, even last minute. She took us to see any and every property we were interested in and in the end negotiated an awesome deal for us on a home for sale by owner. She was on top of every detail of the sale of our home as well as the one we purchased.
ZillowVERIFIEDHonest, straight forward, and works especially hard for her clients. Colleen is one of the best I have ever worked with. She listens to her customers, saving valuable time when looking for a new home. She found exactly what we needed and helped us get it at the best price! When it came time to sell our home, she kept our interests foremost while making the process as simple as possible for us. Colleen is a true Professional! For a worry free, low stress transaction, trust me, call Colleen!
ZillowVERIFIEDIt was a pleasure to work with Colleen on our recent home purchase. She is very hard working and willing to work with anyone trying to find the right property. I would give her a big thumbs up.
ZillowVERIFIEDI didn't know anything about Grand Junction seeing as I just moved here from Florida. Colleen went out of her way to help my wife and I get established here while finding us our dream home. I highly recommend Colleen, she is very personable and attentive.
ZillowVERIFIEDI worked with Colleen in the sell of a home on Olive Court in Grand Junction, CO. She made the sell go very smooth and had an accurate answer on all my questions. I have worked with Colleen in the past with various properties and will definitely use her again in the future.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe've sold/purchased three homes in the past 15 years, so we've dealt with a lot of agents. Colleen rises to the top. She is not only knowledgeable, but extremely helpful. She responds quickly to inquires, and goes out of her way to listen and find what you want - not what she thinks you should purchase. Most agents set their own agenda - Colleen puts her client first.

ZillowVERIFIEDMy husband and I were considering a move to Grand Junction, Colleen was very informative and emailed us several listings after finding out what we were looking for. Even though we were just looking she took the time and effort to show us several houses and treat us just like we were actively looking to purchase at that moment. Working with Colleen was very easy, she communicates well and is quick to get back with you if needed, she truly made the whole process pain free and I will HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking for a house in this area.
