Colleen was very easy to work with and highly personable; she was very flexible with her time and able to work around both my husbands and my work schedules. She was easy to get in contact with and always quick to respond; she was incredibly helpful and an absolute joy to work with.I contacted Colleen through Zillow regarding a listing I was interested in. She was quick to respond to the original information request as well as with follow-up and scheduling showings of properties I was interested in. Not only was she very knowledgeable about the process, but she was also willing and able to obtain information she didnt already have in a very timely fashion. This was incredibly important to me because the property I was interested in was a HUD property. There were a lot of hiccups that I ran into in dealing with purchasing a HUD property, but Colleen was pivotal in making the process going as smoothly as possible, including addressing extension requests, FHA financing issues, and etc. Colleen was immensely helpful in all regards.Though I plan to stay in my new house for several years, if/when I look to move and/or sell in the future, I would definitely work with Colleen again.
