ZillowVERIFIED I knew right from my first meeting that Colleen was the realtor for me. Her knowledge, enthusiasm and friendly demeanor made me feel confident and comfortable with my search for a new home. She is prompt in replying, another strength I look for and the entire purchase, although some glitches on my end were handled professionally . I look forward to continued business as Colleen handles all my future rentals on the property we purchased.

ZillowVERIFIED Colleen has a delight to work with. She guided us through the purchase of our new beach house. During the process of looking and deciding, Colleen was with us every step of the way. She was able to understand our wishes, budget, location and made it all work. She is very knowledgeable with the area and real estate market. She also helped rent our new property so that others may enjoy the beach as much as we do. I highly recommend Colleen as a real estate agent (buying, selling or renting). Her knowledge, professionalism and personality are second to none!!

ZillowVERIFIED Colleen Riley recently handled a very difficult sale of a property for me. Her experience, expertise, patience, and control of the negotiation and settlement process was exemplary. She totally understood and controlled the process and my attendance at the settlement was an unexpected pleasure. ZillowVERIFIED I have experienced Colleens professionalism through two closings this year. One as a seller and one as a buyer. During both processes Colleen exhibited professionalism and complete control of the closing and the events leading up to it.As in all negotiations, there are bumps in the road. Colleen worked us through all of them and got the job done. Always professional with a can do attitude and always with a smile.
