She negotiated, she remained calm under pressure, and she navigated through some tough moments with ease. Colleen was a pleasure to work with. She was very patient as I took over a year before buying a home. I started out in the I just want to see whats out there mode and kept sending her lists of homes I wanted to see. She made appointments and took me to homes and homes and homes. Never once did she make me feel like I was a nuisance. She was always pleasant and good natured. It took almost a year before I finally found a home I fell in love with. Colleen made herself available many times as I continuously requested access to the home to show my architect, me, the contractor, me, my boyfriend, me, my girlfriend, etc. etc. etc. She was helpful in the mortgage process as well as in recommending a lawyer to help me thru the closing process.I would definitely work with Colleen again should I ever be in the market for another home....which is highly unlikely as Colleen helped me find and purchase the PERFECT home for me.
