ZillowVERIFIED Colleen is an excellent real estate agent, and I have already passed her name and information to several friends! I was unsure about selling my home of 33 years, and I remember telling her that if I can't find my exact home but "just newer", I wasn't in a hurry to move. Colleen was very understanding, was not intrusive or pushy, and just provided me properties to look at if I was interested. Once I was emotionally ready to move forward, she guided me to homes she thought I would be comfortable in, and together we found my new "forever home"! She helped me sell my original home, and was in contact with on a regular basis throughout the process. Her negotiation skills were outstanding, and her demeanor professional and knowledgeable in every interaction. I highly recommend her services!

ZillowVERIFIED Colleen started as a mentor to my own real estate career and she was always very kind and knowledgable. When I left the industry we still remained friends and from there I have used her services to sell two of my own homes. What I like most about Colleen is her promptness in touching base with you during the entire process, her friendly bubbly personality, and her extensive understating of the real estate business and the local markets. Both of our homes have sold very quickly and for over asking price! To top it off she hires amazing photographers and videographers that make your home shine among the competition. We highly recommend Colleens real estate services!

ZillowVERIFIED Colleen helped us buy and sell with confidence. She worked with us for a long time to find a new home that we love, and never pressured us into making a decision just to get the deal done. She also help us sell our old house. Selling an older custom home is not an easy task; Colleen found all of the positives and created a marketing plan that sold our house the first day on the market - without giving it a way like other realtors wanted us to do. What a wonderful experience!

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Colleen to sell our home in Homer Glen, IL exceeded our expectations. When we first sat down with her we werent sure when we would be moving, based on a job transfer. And we didnt know that the winter we would be heading into would be one the coldest in Illinois history. She answered every question we had and some we never thought of. We hadnt sold a home in many years and she very competently guided us through the process. She was always available for any questions or concerns we had and was very knowledgeable about the area and informed on current market pricing. We were moving 1450 miles away to El Paso, TX and the house would be vacant until it sold. After we were out and the house listed, she kept a very watchful eye on things for us, going really above and beyond. She was very understanding and listened to our every concern. Even though I felt at times that I was probably overdoing the questions and concerns, she never once made me feel that way, always ending our conversation with aEURoeok, if theres anything else you need or any other questions, just let me knowaEUR?. We were so happy that we had two offers in just a matter of days & again, she very competently guided us through that process. We highly recommend Colleen McLaughlin and wish we could give her more than 5 stars!

She is completely genuine, and I now consider Colleen a personal friend.

ZillowVERIFIED My brother in law recommended Colleen and I'm so glad he did. Colleen was seriously such an angel during the entire home buying process. I feel like she looked out for us like we were her own family. She always made sure that she was available for questions and she went way our of her way to negotiate with the seller's realtor and to fit our schedule. There were several times where I was freaking out and Colleen made sure that my concerns were addressed and she never once dismissed my worries or made me feel like I was annoying or being silly. We really don't want to move anytime soon but if or when we do we will be contacting Colleen.

ZillowVERIFIED If you need to sell your home, call Colleen McLaughlin. There were three units for sale this past summer in the complex where my parent's owned their condo, and ours was the ONLY ONE that got an offer and closed. Colleen was extremely helpful during every step of the selling process. We live in Florida, and despite the difficulty of doing everything from 1200 miles away, she made things extremely easy for us. Colleen went above and beyond the call of duty to help us facilitate the sale and get the best price for the property; she was always readily available to answer questions and offer helpful suggestions. Very professional realtor, and she gets results!
