ZillowVERIFIEDAs the Trustee of an estate I was looking for a 'good' person in whom I could have confidence and trust. Colleen McKoy is such a person she is professional, timely, and easy to communicate with in all aspects (texting, email, verbal in person and via telephone). Colleen provided all documentation without having to ask her for copies. Colleen was great in providing her opinions and helping when asked on how best to improve salability and to get top dollar. She has contacts with various trades that do excellent work. Colleen has everything you are looking for in a Realtor and more.Colleen was enjoyable to work with and again Colleen is FANTASTIC! If you want a winner and an intelligent Realtor Colleen McKoy should be your choice.

ZillowVERIFIED Enjoyed working with Colleen. She has been knowledgeable about the Carson area, responsive and proactive. Her tour of the area was very informative regarding good school districts, commute times to either Reno or South Shore. The buying process was seamless.

ZillowVERIFIED We simply cannot praise Colleen enough! We have dealt with many realtors over the years, and Colleen is truly special. She was enthusiastic about the property from the beginning, advised us honestly on what should be done to market the home, and got things done in a very timely manner to ensure the house was on the market as soon as possible. She was incredibly kind in all her dealings with us and continually kept us informed as to the details of all proceedings. She was very intent on getting the market price correct to move the house, but also to get a fair price. In all ways, she went above and beyond! The house sold in 2 days, and all went smoothly due to her guidance and negotiation skills.

ZillowVERIFIED We have been buying and selling properties for many years, and we have never had anyone as smart, professional, kind and hard-working on our team as Colleen is. She was able to get a good price for new carpet for us (we live out of state), and she took a lot of great pictures, highlighting both the features of the property as well as the location. She also spent time on the phone with us, just talking about our history with the property and what we wanted out of the deal, before she listed it.We received a good, solid offer the day Colleen listed the property- and we actually sold it to that first bidder! She priced it right after doing market research, and the entire process was seamless for us.We are so happy that we had the privilege of working with her!Thank you, Colleen, for a seamless, win-win-win experience!

ZillowVERIFIED Colleen was amazing. Her work ethic and attention to detail helped us look at 10 houses on Monday and Tuesday, we put an offer in on Wednesday, and our offer was accepted on Friday. The entire process before and after went so incredibly smoothly and we are now in the house of our dreams. Colleen is so attentive and really works for her clients. I will recommend her to everyone I know who is interested in buying or selling.

She answered all of our silly questions, and made the process very easy and smooth. Her marketing is top notch, she got our house sold in just 2 DAYS!! She understands what has to be done to reach as many buyers as possible.Of the best things about Colleen, is that she will call you and tell you the solution. She won't call you with problems, she handles the problems and the tells you the solution. We weren't stressed at all about any problems, because she took care of it all.We will absolutely use her for all of our Real Estate needs. I would recommend her to anyone!

ZillowVERIFIED Colleen is buyer focused, friendly, reliable and professional. She helped us find our new home in Carson City. Because we live out of state, Colleen offered to meet with our customer care reps several times to help resolve building issues. After each visit, she sent us pictures of the progress. Highly recommended!

ZillowVERIFIED Colleen McKoy is a hidden gem in a crowded field of Real Estate Agents. Having used several agents in the past to sell my properties, I always found their motivation to be commission driven and did not have my best interest in mind. Collen took the time to understand my situation, helped develop a business plan that incorporated my concerns, and most importantly delivered on the results. Throughout the entire process Colleens attention detail kept the escrow process on track and took the initiative to head off potential roadblocks prior to them every landing on my desk. In a very competitive field there are very few Professionals within this industry, and I am proud to say that Colleen McKoy lives up the challenge of being a true Real Estate Professional.

ZillowVERIFIED Colleen McKoy worked around our schedule, even when that meant showing us a house late at night. She made sure to know what we were looking for and told us as soon as something came on the market. When we put in our offer she made sure things kept moving. When the sellers did not respond she called them and made sure to keep in touch the whole time. Making sure everything was fallowed through quickly. Responding to counter offers, setting up inspection, keeping in touch with us, and our mortgage broker. Colleen always kept the ball rolling. If it stopped or slowed down she made sure to give it the nudge it needed to keep going.I would definitely refer Colleen to you, and my friends. As it is i have been raving about her to them. Even my husband was so impressed. Going in he was skeptical, but as soon as we started working with her he was amazed by Her knowledge about the market, expertise, and hard work. Working with Colleen was amazing.

ZillowVERIFIED Colleen McKoy was my realtor to find a house in Carson City NV. From the start she was extremely helpful and had very good knowledge of the area and houses on the market. The market was fast moving and we had to move quickly, when I decided to make an offer Colleen was right on top of getting the paperwork done and offer made immediately, had to do this there times. Arranging for inspections and accommodating the inspectors was excellent. Her attention to detail and some negotiating tips were done in a professional manner. In my experience with realtors Colleen was the top realtor that I have dealt with in purchasing several houses and would recommend her without reservation to my friends and colleagues.

ZillowVERIFIED Colleen is really an awesome Realtor to work with. I had the fun (ha) experience of selling two properties at one time while buying another. All three were hundreds of miles from each other so I had a different agent for each. Time and time again I would remark to my husband that I wished Colleen could have been our agent for all three transactions. She really went above and beyond for us many times. She is very responsive and PROACTIVE which is huge. I would recommend her without hesitation.
