ZillowVERIFIED Colleen was amazing to work with - we had a move from across the country and literally knew nothing about the area. Colleens knowledge and expertise in helping us find exactly the right property was invaluable! We couldnt have done this move with her help! Also she had a ton of resources available for various contractors that we needed to complete our transaction. Every person we worked with has been amazing!

ZillowVERIFIED Colleen did an OUTSTANDING job selling my mother's condominium (long distance - I live in Illinois!). She priced it exactly right and handled everything. I am in the real estate industry and I have dealt with many agents and few possess her combination of knowledge, skills AND warmth. Most importantly, however, Colleen listened to me and what I wanted and was timely and responsive, a rare find in today's world! I highly recommend Colleen.

ZillowVERIFIED Colleen did a great job selling my mothers home. She made sure to follow market trends to assure that the home was competitively priced. She kept us updated on the status of the home and was always available. She promptly returned calls and or texts. I was the power of attorney for my mom and Colleen was able to get the deal done. I highly recommend Colleen for all of your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Colleen knows the dynamics of the ever-changing real estate market in general and specifically our area. She held open houses where many agents do not and got our home additional exposure through them. Returned all calls and texts promptly. We closed at price we were happy with.

ZillowVERIFIED Colleen was over and above professional. We couldnt be happier. We started our search on Christmas Day thats how how we met Colleen and after looking at over a dozen properties we made offers by New Years Day and closed two weeks later. We lived out of state and Colleen took care of everything from inspection to closing. We would highly recommend Colleen for any real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Colleen help me buy a wonderful condo in a diffucult sellers market. From 11/21 to 5/22 I viewed many condos and made offers on several. Colleen was alway a positive influence when offers were rejected and sale prices kept increasing. I am happy to say that we found a property with great value for the sale price and Colleen quickly closed the sale. I look forward to working with Colleen.

ZillowVERIFIED Colleen and her staff were absolutely excellent. This was an ordeal due to circumstances beyond her control, but she was always helpful, maintained a great attitude and went well above and beyond the call of duty. If you need to buy or sell a home, this is the lady to call. Thanks so much Colleen!!
