We all know the challenges of today's housing market, and Colleen helped us navigate through it all. She went above and beyond: searching for the homes that fit our needs, making sure we understood any and every document/email we received. She was available before and after business hours, to accommodate our crazy schedules. She even went to inspections in my place! Collen was there during and after the sell. I know many realtors are done with clients after the sell...Not Colleen! She has and continues to check on and advise us on so many things! Though it all, she never makes you feel as if you are bothering her...(I'm sorry, that's a big deal to me.) Colleen was the only one who texted us right back, we spoke a little bit and she scheduled a meeting. she was out of town so before the meeting, we got to interview the 4 other realtors , met with everyone of them, discussed in detail our goals, plans, and they got to share with us their procedures and how things will go. Honestly, we weren't comfortable and hoped we would find a realtor who will meet our specific needs. Then it was Colleen's turn to meet with us. The moment she walked through the door, i knew she was the one. She took the time to listen to my plan and goals, combined them with her incredible knowledge of the area's real estate market, and came to our first meeting with a detailed, worked-out proposal for the entire process. She readily walked me through any/everything I had a question about and never made me feel rushed or like I was asking questions I shouldn't need to. Even though I had already moved across the country and was coordinating things remotely, she actively coached me to get my home show-ready sooner than originally planned!
