ZillowVERIFIEDAs first-time homebuyers, we couldn't have asked for a better experience with Colleen! She guided us through the entire process from start to closing and made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel seamless. Colleen and her team are incredibly knowledgeable about the real estate market and current trends, and she was always available and in constant communication whenever we had questions or needed guidance. We are so grateful for all her help and would highly recommend Colleen and FC Realty to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, responsive, and trustworthy real estate team!

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Colleen and Barbara at FC Reality was an incredible experience - we cannot recommend them enough! We were looking to buy our first home on a tight timeline, in a super competitive market; and we really had no idea what we were doing. From the first meeting we had with Colleen, all the way through the closing process she was so knowledgable, supportive, and listened to our every need and worry. We still don't know how her and Barbara respond to every crazy text/email so promptly; they were always a few steps ahead in the process, telling us what to expect next and how to prepare for what's to come. When it came time for us to put in an offer Colleen's knowledge of the area, the market conditions and how to set you up as a competitive buyer really shined. Not only was our first offer accepted, but they made the entire close so seamless (and even fun!). While we hope to be in this home for quite a while, we know the first call we'll be making when we do decide to sell.

ZillowVERIFIED I have used Colleen in the past to sell my own home in Quincy. Last November she was able to sell my mother's home in Hanson. My mother lived in her home for almost 50 years and selling the home was very difficult but Colleen made the process as easy as possible. Colleen was also able to call in services to aid in the home sale. I highly recommend Colleen and her team if you are trying to sell a home in the South Shore area.

ZillowVERIFIED We have worked with FC Realty on three separate unrelated real estate deals, two home sales and one home purchase across two different states, Massachusetts and Rhode Island. In all cases, the care given to the sale of our properties was outstanding and the assistance with the purchase of a new home phenomenal. The homes we sold were very different, one a Hollywood Regency mid century modern and the other an antique Brick Georgian Colonial from 1927. Each home required different focus and attention to detail, and both Barbara and Colleen worked incredibly hard together and separately to give the homes independent and unique recognition. My husband and I could not be happier with how Colleen marketed each property especially as she was forced to focus additional marketing efforts on our Rhode Island home, as the real estate market was beginning to change. Thank you Colleen and Barbara for making us feel supported, heard, protected, and always in the loop!! The two of you are a formidable team, and we look forward to working with you again in the future!!

ZillowVERIFIED We had been contemplating a cross-country move from the Midwest to the East Coast for many years, keeping a constant eye on properties on the market to get some idea about what sort of home would be a good fit for us and where we might like to move. We identified Quincy, MA, as a likely destination, and came across Colleen's profile based on her stellar reviews and what we felt was her deep knowledge of the area. We initially met via a video call and we were delighted to choose Colleen to help us find a new home. We flew out to the Boston area a few months ago, ostensibly to visit neighborhoods, get to know Colleen, and to attend some open houses. But a funny thing happened: we visited a home in Winthrop, MA, and we couldn't let it go. Colleen came with us on our second visit, and she was a star, quickly ascertaining the situation with the sellers and identifying ways to leverage our offer. She had the most astonishing Game Face, and she had no problem ducking behind basement boilers and dodgy attics to determine if there were any worries. And if there was anything beyond her personal perview, she did not hesitate to immediately contact experts willing to help us in real time. And when our confidence in our choices wavered, she stepped in to reassure us. Yes, we hired Collen to be our realtor, but we feel like we have a new friend. We would be honored to recommend her to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED We had the absolute pleasure of working with Colleen to both sell our current home and purchase our dream home, and we couldnt be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Colleen was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. Colleen helped us prepare our home for the market, giving us excellent advice on staging and pricing, which resulted in multiple offers and a quick sale above asking price. When it came to buying, Colleen went above and beyond guiding us through showings and negotiations with expert advice. What stood out most was Colleens attention to detail and ability to handle every step of the process with care and efficiency. She was always available to answer our questions, explain complex details, and keep us calm during what could have been a very stressful time. Thanks to Colleen, we now have the perfect home for our family and are thrilled with how smoothly everything went. We would recommend Colleen to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, hardworking, and trustworthy realtor. Thank you, Colleen, for helping us make our dreams a reality!

ZillowVERIFIED Colleen did an outstanding job in helping us sell our beloved home. Not only did she have the expertise in the real estate market which got us an unbelievable return, she basically held our hands throughout the whole process which was extremely emotional. She consulted with every decision; she was available at the drop of a hat to answer any question or quell any emotional fear. She promoted our house on social media which was beautiful to see. She is extremely knowledgeable about the market, she is an excellent negotiator and she is thoughtful and professional. If I had another house to sell or buy, I would seek out no-one but Colleen Foulsham!!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED We were introduced to Colleen through a close friend in early 2023 to begin our home search as first time homebuyers. With very little knowledge of the entire process, and in one of the most challenging markets to date, Colleen was invaluable. As a young couple looking for a multifamily in the greater boston area, we had to be diligent. Colleen helped us navigate the entire home buying process from top to bottom - she was so patient, understanding, and honest with us. She was also extremely thorough when educating us on the various intricacies of what to look out for when scoping out these properties. Colleen was very easy to communicate with, and was always available by phone, text, email, any day/any time. Throughout the year, we went to numerous showings. We put very strong offers on a few homes where we lost to all cash buyers (very common), but we never lost hope. One day, Colleen shared a very intriguing listing that was on the market for just over 30 days. She recognized the potential value of this home and booked us a private showing within 2 days. We were cautiously optimistic about this home, however after losing out on other multifamilies it was hard to believe we would actually get our offer accepted due to the competitive market. As it turns out, our offer was accepted and we closed 30 days later!!! My husband and I are so elated. The location, size, and charm of our new home is more than we ever imagined. We are so excited to start this next chapter of our lives here, and plan to hold onto this property for many many years to come. We could have never done this without Colleen and owe it all to her!

ZillowVERIFIED I would not have my new home right now without Colleen. Way too daunting, but Colleen took me step by step and simplified the entire process from meeting me at multiple open houses to negotiation with the seller, bank and insurance companies. She is a wealth of knowledge not just about the real estate industry as a whole, but how it works and what sellers and brokers are thinking and acting upon. Colleen gently guided and suggested the entire way. Kept me on top of things I didn't know were expected and required. I think Colleen was more excited when my offer was accepted than I was. She made the whole process much easier than it should have been. Always answers her phone, texts and email even on holidays and off hours. I sincerely couldn't have done this without her. I was so impressed that I asked her to be the broker for the sale of my current home. I know I'll be writing another great review.

ZillowVERIFIED Colleen assisted us (as tenants) with renting a townhouse in Quincy. She guided us through the entire process, clearly explaining all the steps in detail and has been extremely communicative and easy to reach to always answer any of our questions. Even after the rental process was finalized, she continues to be in touch, making sure everything is going well during the moving process, as we get settled in. She also effectively liaises communication with the landlord if anything needs to be taken care of. It's been a pleasure to work with Colleen during this process and I would strongly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Colleen was an unbelievable resource during our home buying process and we can't sing her praises loud enough! As first time home buyers, there were so many things that Colleen went above and beyond to educate us on and guide us through that we know many others wouldn't have taken the extra time out of their day to do. She spoke with us daily to provide updates on various action items and never left us feeling like we were in the dark about anything. She was incredibly knowledgable about all of the South Shore towns that we spoke about and had strong relationships with local lenders and attorneys that helped the process go smoothly even with a few challenges specific to our situation as first time buyers. She handled every hurdle that came up with professionalism and a wealth of knowledge and found ways to mitigate all of our concerns. If you're looking for someone that will truly partner with you through every step and take as much time as needed to ensure you get in the right house, Colleen is the only choice! She genuinely cares about reaching a positive outcome with her clients and we can't wait to recommend her to friends looking to buy in the South Shore and Greater Boston Area. Thank you again, Colleen! -Erin and Tyler

ZillowVERIFIED Colleen was exceptional in all aspects of our sale. We came on the market just as the market was shifting and changing. Colleen worked with us to consider all options and all opportunities. She personally managed the open houses, the walk throughs and all of the various items needed to bring the home to a final sale, all while we were mostly unavailable due to moving to another state. I cannot say enough about her professionalism and kindness. This was an emotional sale for us. After 20+ years in this home we were physically ready to move but our hearts were still tied to this home that we designed and built from the ground up. She guided us carefully in the process and in the end, we sold the home to a wonderful new buyer who is ready to make new memories in their new home. Thank you Colleen for a an exceptional sales process!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Colleen did an exceptional job in listing and selling my multi-family property. She analyzed the current market perfectly and her list price brought multiple over asking offers. It was a complicated sale, the existing tenants had a language barrier and could not find housing to move to in order to close. Colleen helped find housing and kept the closing on track. She was professional throughout the process and I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a smart, experienced realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Colleen was our broker for a single family rental in Quincy. The market is so fast-paced these days, her responsiveness was what we appreciated the most. We contacted her the minute we saw the listing, she responded right away, and then made herself available that same evening so we could see the house. Throughout the entire leasing process she was also very responsive and knowledgeable, about the house/lease itself and the Quincy area. We would recommend Colleen as a broker to anyone. If we eventually consider buying in the area, we will definitely be contacting her to be our realtor!
