ZillowVERIFIEDI cannot recommend Colleen Cowan enough! She helped us find a sweet, beautiful, perfectly-sized home in our dream neighborhood during the impossible time of Spring 2022. She was beyond helpful for all aspects of the process, from educating us about home-buying, to getting after the bank and seller's attorneys when they lagged on the process, to stopping by as we settled in with the sweetest house warming gift. These are my favorite ways that Colleen was especially wonderful: 1. As first-time home-buyers who were clueless; she answered all our newbie and dumb questions with respect and patience. 2. When we toured homes, she always masked and respected all home spaces, turning off lights and double checking locked doors and the like. She was always on time for meetings. 3. She had nearly immediate response over text and email (even during late evenings and weekends), which was amazing and so helpful. 4. She was never pushy about a place, she let us come to our own decisions. It was obvious she truly cared about our opinions and checked in frequently about our thoughts and perspectives. 5. She counseled us about how much money to offer on various houses (this was challenging for us to figure out), even taking time for a late-night phone call during the Christmas holiday time. 6. After the Final Walk Through, she went above and beyond in the kindest way: There were some unfortunate items left by the sellers that we didn't want and she **personally** removed them and took them to Reuse herself. 7. Our house was especially challenging because of a delayed closing due circumstances on the seller's side, and Colleen was so supportive during this stressful time, checking in with us, and following up on all the important paperwork that would otherwise be overwhelming. We would have drowned in the house-buying experience if it weren't for Colleen!
