I've known Colin for years, as we attended high school together and once we found out we were moving, it was a no brainer to bring him on board to help us with the process. He was very attentive, and got back to me immediately when I asked him to come see the house. He was there the next day to do a walk through, and when we were ready he showed up with his photographer and videographer and created the most wonderful representation of our home. We got a ton of compliments on the video, as it was very professional, with a good amount of humor sprinkled in. Once we were out of the state, he continued to be very attentive and responsive, even answering all of my questions regardless of the time of day. He is a go-getter kind of personality and takes the time to understand what you are looking for in the price range that youre looking. We met him through an open house and really liked his personality. We decided that we would like to use Colin as our buyer agent. Although the process went well it was not always smooth, during the fast negotiation period I felt as though he overstepped his bounds. I pointed out to him my dissatisfaction and we quickly communicated to get back on the same page. Colin was very receptive to what I said and adjusted his buying and negotiating methods to suit me as his customer. During this fast time we had put an offer in on one home during the inspection process we found ensuing problems the homeowner did not want to correct those problems so we walked away from that home. He was reassuring through this process that we would find a home that we were completely happy with and not to rush in to something else. He said dont settle! We certainly did not settle we found an amazing home ended up having to spend a few weeks in a hotel because our previous home sold and that left us needing to hang in limbo. I am a strong believer in things happening for a reason and the home we ended up with is definitely worth the wait. Were very happy and would recommend working with Colin to find your dream home or sell your current home.

When we were finally ready to sell, we called Colin and he came over the next day to go over what we needed to do to prepare to sell the house. He had a list of lenders he recommended to work with. From there, he started his search for our future home. When a home became available that we were interested in, he was efficient in setting up a showing. From there, the paperwork of submitting an offer to closing was all handled quickly. Colin responded to all messages right away and was knowledgeable in the process. What really drew me to working with Colin was his creative, modern vibe as a realtor. Colin has such a fun personality and that shows through with his listings and talking with him. When listing our home, he created an entertaining, poetic video to grab peoples attention. The night it was listed, we already had 10 showings requested.
