ZillowVERIFIED If this space allowed for 10 pages of text, I still couldn't fill it with enough positive words about Colin.Here's a quick rundown of our timeline:* Meet Colin October 7th 2021, chatted with him via phone the same day: ran him through what we were looking for in our house* Colin set up a meeting for October 10th and showed us one home that Redwood Builders were having ready for delivery.* The following day we set up a meeting with the builder Redwood Builders for October 17th.* After the meeting, in October 20th we had pricing and options ready to choose.* The following day we set up a meeting with the builder Redwood Builders for October 17th.* On October 17th we defined the plan, next steps and the schedule for the building process.* November 15th they bring the floor plan to us.* The following day we set up a meeting with the builder Redwood, same days we sign the paperwork for the building process.* January 10th we had the design meeting and follow up.* Stuff come and goes flawless until June.* Received keys to the house on June 10th.How does that happen? In the span of literally 36 hours, Colin went from being a complete stranger to the person who called to guide us on the hole process of our new home building. That's insane, right? Especially in the Des Moines area! All We really had to do was stay on top of clerical stuff and provide the money, which was a MAJOR load off in terms of stress. Now, will this result be common for everyone? I can't imagine so - I recognize that we got profoundly lucky. But that luck was definitely aided by Colins diligence, knowledge, connections, and implicit understanding of what we wanted in a house and what to move forward on. We think he'd be the first to tell you that it takes a team of people to make a home purchase come together, and that's undoubtedly true, too ... but honestly, Iwant Colin on my team for every transaction going forward. This process literally could not have been simpler from my standpoint,and a huge amount of that credit goes to him.

But it wasn't. They went above and beyond to get my old home sold. It needed A LOT of work done! They found a buyer almost immediately and got a purchase agreement with all the things listed that the buyer wanted/needed fixed. They found good contractors to to get all the work done; and it got done fast! They got everything taken care of which was amazing for me because I'm a single mom to very energetic 5 year old twins, and getting all of that done myself would have taken forever. It only took about 2 months for all of this to happen; from buying my home to closing on the sale of my old home. If you want a trustworthy realtor, you don't need to look any further. I'm a single mom to 5 year old twin boys so they had to come along to view houses and they had so much fun (until the last house or two of course). Chase made sure that everything was good to go in my new house. I'm so grateful he was with me on my walk thrus because he knew certain things to look for that I didn't. I would say Chase's honesty was a huge asset because I didn't have to worry about getting screwed over. He made sure everything was in writing with the builder (appliances, fixes, etc). I could not have done this without him! I've heard that buying a home can be a frustrating experience but this was not the case for me. If you want a realtor you can trust completely, and is licensed and insured, then Chase and the Panzi Team are for you! You won't be sorry!
