Colin and his team at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Advantage Realty West did a very impressive job in selling my condo. Colin's research on the current market and estimated value of my condo was spot on. He explained how he arrived at his valuation and answered all my questions so that I felt very confident in the price we listed the condo for. After that his support team handled everything from marketing the unit, helping me complete all the paperwork, the staging of the unit, the open house and dealing with all the interested buyers. Colin went over all the offers we received and explained the nuances between the various offers. After accepting an offer I was kept abreast of all activities as we moved to closing. From start to finish the whole process went very smoothly due to Colin and his team's knowledge and expertise in the local real estate market. Very very pleased with this whole process and the outcome.
