ZillowVERIFIED Colin was absolutely amazing to work with. He listened to my Needs, Wants and would be nice's and prioritized houses in that order based on my budget. With the way the housing market was during my search he was also extremely patient with me while I was getting frustrated. His negotiation skills and knowledge of the other realtors in the area had my offers looked at even when they weren't the best offer on the house. It did take a few trys before we ended up closing on a house but the overall process couldn't have been better. Colin helped sell my parents house and helped my mom find a smaller house for herself. It's safe to say he has become "part of the family" and we will suggest him to anyone we know looking for a home!
