Colin reached out promptly and connected with me and clearly had expertise in the type of home (within the city condo) that I was looking for. I had many weird requests, including a dataset of houses sold in the past, which I wanted to use to help me understand how much I should offer on the house I was purchasing. Colin helped me with those, which I don't think many realtors would. Colin was responsive, attentive and did not push me to make offers on properties I wasn't comfortable with. I'm happy to have chosen him to help me on this process.

We had many (many) questions about the home buying process and Colin had all of the answers, and we always felt we could ask away no matter the question. As LGBTQ buyers we sometimes had worries about how sellers would perceive us or our offer but Colin was assuring and supportive through every step. Colin remembered little details throughout our search (ping pong table, anyone?) which made us feel that he really cared about us and our future house. We ended up with a home thats even better than we could have imagined thanks to Colins approach with our offer.
