Hi and thank you for choosing me! I am Colette Sikorski and I have been selling Real Estate since the early 1990's. I am active in the Buffalo Niagara Association of Realtors serving on 3 committees, so I am up to date on all the rules, regulations and advancements in technology. What I bring to the table as your agent is my knowledge of selling properties all over WNY, negotiating contracts, and helping you understand the home selling and buying process from the beginging to the end...the closing of your home. A few things about me: I was born and raised in Amherst, NY. I graduated from Williamsville North High School in 1989. I attended Niagara University for Communications and Marketing. I was an advertising sales rep for a local cable company and was the top sales person in the country in 1999. (I know how to successfully market your home) I was a loan originator for a local mortgage broker then a bank. I have extensive knowledge in this field which helps you as a buyer and a seller. My mother, Marie Mancuso and I were the first mother/daughter team and were the founders of The Marie Mancuso Team. We have been consistant top selling agents since the 1990's. I am a full time Realtor, and I am available from 8am - 9pm 7 days a week. My husband and I are active in the Adoption Community locally and nationally. We live in Kenmore NY since 2002, have 1 son who is in high school and 2 goldendoodles name Steve and Fred. I look forward to helping you with all your real estate needs.
