I started the process of looking for a home during 2021 not knowing the market was wild but Colette was patient, supportive, and encouraging when I wanted to give up after a couple of times of being outbid. Once I found my house, everything went so smooth! Colette was very knowledgeable about the process, negotiated exactly what I wanted and got me that and more. Although the process took over 2 years, she was always prompt with returning my calls and text messages and I never once felt like she was rushing me or bothered by my many questions. She also helped me find a good lender and referred me to someone to help find reasonable insurance rates which was helpful and made the process very easy! When I first contacted Colette about selling my home she was very friendly, professional, and actively listened to my concerns. I was a little worried about my house not selling due to the much needed repairs but when Colette came over to see it, she was very confident that she could and would sell it within a few weeks and she was right because she did just that. She made sure I was ok with the price, she made sure the negations were fair, she always kept me updated on what was going on and if I had a question or concern she always responded back to me in a timely fashion. She was always available and for me that meant a lot. I felt the same way when looking for a new home. When I seen a home that I wanted to view it was never a problem for her, even if she thought the home might not be a good fit for me she still would book it for me to see, and I mean we looked at many houses and I said no to a lot of them but she was very patient with me and supported my decisions but also made sure I was getting something good. I could tell for her it wasn't just about getting a check, she had good intentions for my family and I. And I truly appreciate her for that. Her time away from her family to go see houses with me late at night or early in the morning, it didn't mater she was there, always cheerful and positive. ZillowVERIFIED Wed like to say a few things about our home-selling experience with our Agent Colette Naff. During late Fall of 2020, we decided to sell our home in Edmond and relocate back to North Carolina. In early January of 2021, my wife and I Googled aEUR~The Top Real Estate Agents in Oklahoma City, and Keller Williams Green Meadow was on the Results list. From that list, we chose to contact Colette, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. We told her that our preference for listing our home was around the middle of March. She volunteered to obtain a market analysis in order to give us an idea of the price range for similar homes in the area. She also explained in great detail the process ahead and requested that we reach out to her if we had additional questions prior to the middle of March. It was very refreshing to work with an agent who didnt pressure us to aEUR~Sell Now before all the buyers are gone. We reached out to her at the end of February and set a listing date of March 11th. Colette got busy doing what she needed to do including scheduling a photographer for the photos. Due to the way she advertised the home, we were overwhelmed by interested buyers. On March 11th around 9:00 a.m., the listed went Live. Colette called us thirty minutes later and said that we had a Showing Request for 10:30. Of course we agreed and had to scramble to get the place in order since we hadnt expected to hear from anyone right away. We left our house at 10:00 a.m. were not able to return until almost 8 oclock that night. We had 12 Showings that produced a Bidding war. Colette gave the offerors until the next day to submit the their Best and Final offer. The offer we accepted was $15,000.00 above Asking price (and a cash offer). Whatever Colette is doing is without a doubt working very well, and she should stick to it.
