ZillowVERIFIEDI recently purchased a condo with help from Colette and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. I went into this process entirely blind and at every step Colette was there to help or to answer any of my thousand questions. She was able to provide numerous recommendations for attorneys she has worked with in the past, inspectors she knew would do a great job and for insurance agents. She would promptly respond to any texts and was often able to get access to properties rather quickly. I waited a long time to finally purchase something because I was always worried about getting lost in the process, but after meeting Colette and seeing the amazing service she provided to me, I now regret waiting so long as she did everything in her power to get me into a home that I absolutely love. I don't really know what more anyone could want in a real estate agent. If you are beginning your journey into home ownership, I strongly recommend Colette.

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Colette for all of your real estate needs. Colette is knowledgeable, hard-working, and a trustworthy professional. She is also courteous, engaging and makes you feel like you are in good hands from beginning to end! I worked with other realtors to sell my 1BR Coop and she was the only one who not only got the job done, but got me a solid buyer with contracts signed in less than a month. She truly is a gem and has gone above and beyond to ensure a smooth and quick process.

ZillowVERIFIED Do not use this agent! I had issues with her at every point in the process.A First of all, she ignored several requests to see the apartment and/or ghosted me before showings. In the end, I did see the apartment, and she outwardly lied about several things--I asked if there was rodent issue, and they said no, even though there was a mouse in the buildingA at the time (I'm pretty sure that is illegal). The landlord was honest with me about that--not the realtors. She also lied about amenities.A Most worryingly is the people she works with. I moved into a building that does not have heat or hot water--she did nothing to warn me, and after I moved in, told me to stop contacting her and just be in touch with the landlord. The lack of help was distressing because these are issues I never could have known about before moving in, and the point of using an agent is to help with the landlord. This level of service is way below my expectation, and I would advise everyone against using Colette as an agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Colette was tireless in her quest to sell my apartment! It seemed like there was an Open House every weekend and numerous showings when the would be buyers couldn't make it to an Open House. Colette was well versed in the details of the building and the apartment. Indeed, she was the real deal as a realtor. She worked hard, she kept me abreast of the comings and goings. She was always gracious to me and the would be buyers. And best of all- she sold my apartment! What more can you ask for from a realtor?

ZillowVERIFIED I have worked many times with Colette in the past for my rentals. She demonstrates professionalism and listens to the owner to get you an ideal tenant. Unlike many other agents, she does not utilize a shotgun approach that wastes your time with tenants that does not meet the basic tenant qualifications. You won't get "please hear me out" lines from Colette. I will definitely work with Colette again.

ZillowVERIFIED Colettes service was great. The apartments were not on market at a good time of year. Colette stuck with getting me applications. Ended up getting me the two best tenants I could possibly get within a couple of months. I am very happy to have worked with her and would use her again for my next project.

ZillowVERIFIED There are not enough superlatives to describe what an awesome job Colette did on my rental listing. Id become a bit disenfranchised with the listing process as the previous broker that I engaged had set the initial list price too high, and even after multiple adjustments, they were having trouble getting the right tenants. The process dragged on for 2+ months without any progress. I eventually became fed up, switched brokers and was referred to Colette. She was an absolute breath of fresh air. Colette knew the supply/demand dynamics of the neighborhood and was able to find me an awesome and responsible tenant in a matter of two weeks. She was super communicative along the way, gave me status updates, and I had full confidence that she had everything under control. I cant recommend her enough. She really crushed it.

ZillowVERIFIED Colette was amazing throughout the entire home buying process. As a first-time home buyer, Colette made sure that I felt comfortable with everything from going to open houses to explaining the terminology in the mortgage as well as everything else. Colette was extremely professional, attentive and responsive. I knew I could always contact her for any questions and she always was able to help. I cant imagine I would be in the home I am in today if it wasnt for Colettes help. Collette was on top of coordinating everybody throughout the entire transaction in order to speed up what was a very tedious estate sale. I highly recommend Colette to anyone looking to purchase or rent. Thank You Colette!

ZillowVERIFIED Colette and Eduardo helped us find an incredible deal on an apartment in Kensington, Brooklyn. Every part of the process, from checking the apartment, meeting the landlord, negotiating the lease, and signing it, was straightforward, easy, and pleasant. Since our lease was only for one year before the landlord would do renovations, Eduardo and Colette agreed to help us find a new apartment the coming year for free. They reliable, and will go out of their way to get you a good deal.
