COVID and the resulting economic situation caused a change in our circumstances and pushed our buying window back. Coleen was incredibly patient, helpful, and supportive through that entire process, taking us on tours, giving us inside information on the lay of the land, and never pressuring us even though our engagement with her became so extended. By the time we were ready to buy again, Coleen had a good sense of what we were looking for and helped us find our current place. Would easily recommend Coleen again to anyone looking for an advocate in the home buying process!
