I called them on a Thursday wanting to look at houses on Saturday; they said "no problem." I met Cole Saturday morning and he had a list of houses that met my specifications and price range. We spent the day looking at properties until I found 'the one.' I made an offer that night and he worked until about 11pm with the other realtor and got me a good deal. Cole is a great negotiator and worked tirelessly for me.

He walked us through the process and helped us to assess what our asking price would be. Cole had our house listed within a few hours on a Sunday evening. By Thursday of the same week the third person to view our home came for a showing and by that Saturday we had a contract on our home. Not only did we get our FULL asking price for our home, Cole took care of all the paperwork and legal issues. We would only recommend one realtor in Lubbock and that would be Cole Whisenhunt.

With our closing four days away, we received news that my father-in-law was seriously ill, wasn't expected to survive, and that we needed to fly back to Indiana immediately.
