Cole Whisenhunt

Cole Whisenhunt is the team lead of The Whisenhunt Group at Keller Williams, serving buyers and sellers throughout Lubbock, Wolfforth, New Home, Shallowater, and Abernathy across Lubbock County and Lynn County in West Texas.

Since 2014, Cole and his team have helped more than 1,000 families buy and sell homes throughout the Greater Lubbock area. Many buyers they work with are searching for homes for sale in Lubbock, exploring neighborhoods in South Lubbock, or comparing new construction homes in growing communities like Wolfforth and New Home.

The team works with first-time homebuyers, move-up buyers, relocation clients, and buyers purchasing new construction homes. Their services include comparative market analysis, home valuation, builder contract guidance, offer negotiation, inspection negotiation, and full contract-to-close coordination.

Cole is a Texas Tech graduate who lives in the Lubbock area with his wife Abbi and their four children.
