I can't speak highly enough about how helpful Cole was throughout the process of navigating the housing market. Buying a house can certainly be overwhelming, but Cole's support and guidance made as smooth as can be. He has incredibly prompt response times to any questions about the process, requests to view properties, and is proactive in giving updates on negotiations/correspondence with the selling party. And, despite the reputation that realtors and agents might have in pressing for sales, Cole respected any hesitations that I had about properties that didn't check all the boxes. I genuinely appreciate that at no point did I feel "pushed" into closing a deal that wouldn't have felt right.
