When it came time to negotiate a price, he gave great advice on strategy and tactics and we got a good deal. Cole is young, eager, earnest, personable and destined for a great career in real estate. My wife and I are recently retired. His attention to detail and strong communication skills (he responded quickly, found out answers to questions from the seller, etc.) made our purchase process very smooth. Cole has done his homework about the real estate field and shares that knowledge generously in pushing forward toward closing. We could not be more satisfied and highly recommend Cole. We will go back to him in a minute if we decide to sell our new home in the future

Buying a house can certainly be overwhelming, but Cole's support and guidance made as smooth as can be. Cole was able to help us close a million dollar purchase deal, not to mention with an extremely difficult seller. This was not our first time buying a house, so we know a thing or two about interacting with real estate agents. Over the past half a year, through observation and working with Cole, I have learned many remarkable traits of him, and I would like to highlight especially a few of them here that make him the perfect real estate agent for you. High integrity -We have come across a fair share of agents whose sole priority is to close the deal as soon as possible without taking their clients best interest in mind. They only focus on closing the deal to get commission and get out, even it might mean their clients end up paying a higher prices that truly needed. Cole is the exact opposite, and he is always client first. He prioritized our ask first and came up with various strategies to maximize our gain, making sure we were positioned well for a good deal and we were fully comfortable before moving forward. Perseverance -We were in the market shopping for a house for more than half a year, and Cole were patient and perseverant.
