ReviewCole did an outstanding job helping us find the perfect condo in Incline Village! Initially, we were looking for a vacation home, but Cole went above and beyond by educating us about the potential for short-term rentals (STR) and guiding us through the entire process. With very little prior knowledge of STR regulations and requirements, we truly appreciated how he connected us with the right people to gather all the necessary information before making our decision. Throughout the process, Cole was transparent, knowledgeable, patient, and always prompt in responding to our numerous questions. What impressed us even more was his continued support after closing, helping us navigate local utilities and answering questions about the area. Cole truly exceeded our expectations, not just as a realtor but as a trusted advisor. We highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy property in Tahoe area.

Review We worked with Cole from out of state to help us find a family home in Incline Village. Cole was extremely knowledgeable about both Incline neigborhoods and the surrounding area. His advice was both candid and direct which was extremely helpful. Our search lasted quite a while but Cole stuck with us and was always quick to react when opportunities came along. When it came time to close on the property we purchased Cole and his team were great with the attention to details and everything was taken care off promptly. I would highly recommend Cole and would happily work with him again!

Review Cole was an absolute pleasure to work with! My family and I worked with him and his team to buy a home in Northern Nevada on a very quick timeline, and we truly could not have asked for a better experience. From the beginning, he made the process feel organized, manageable, and much less stressful than we expected. Cole was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thoughtful throughout our search, and it was immediately obvious that he really knew the Northern Nevada market. He quickly understood what mattered most to us, remembered the little details we were looking for, and refined his recommendations as he learned our preferences. Once we found a house, he was fantastic in navigating the negotiations. He had a great sense of when there was room to push, when it made sense to hold firm, and when asking for too much could actually hurt us. Throughout the search and while we were in escrow, Cole was unbelievably accommodating and available basically anytime, through evenings, weekends, vacations, and even major life events. We asked a lot of questions and made plenty of requests, and he never once made us feel like we were asking too much. Most of all, Cole is just incredibly nice and genuinely enjoyable to work with! After working with him, we 100% understand why he is considered one of the top agents, both in the area and nationally. We truly cant recommend him highly enough!

Review We reached out to Cole more than a year ago, after all his amazing reviews we saw online for him. Every 5 star rating he received was spot on; he and his team were amazing from the outset. Being from out of state, he helped with every facet of the home search process, homesite visits, and closing escrow. His team even went to the property prior to closing escrow to ensure all was in order. We will use him again, and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home at any price point, and have a white glove experience. Thank you for all you have done for us Cole!

Review Cole was great to work with. We originally hired him for Incline Village, but he quickly turned out to be the most knowledgeable agent we talked to on the California side too. What really set him apart was how responsive he is. I have a pretty demanding job, so most of my house stuff happened late at night or on weekends. Cole would get back to me in minutes, almost every time. It made the whole process way less stressful. He also stayed on top of our lender and insurance, and made sure everyone hit the contingency deadlines. We're thorough buyers and wanted every inspection and permit checked, and he never made it feel like a hassle. He helped us find a place we love, and we'd hire him again in a heartbeat.

Review Cole and team were short listing properties according to my preference. He shared his opinion but didnt push to view anything outside my preferences. I have been reviewing the market for more than a year now for remote investment. Cole was the only one who stuck to my guidelines. His team did an excellent job of negotiating. Closing end of the year can be difficult but his team marched through. He also had excellent local recommendations. Cole is your Person for North Tahoe

Review Cole Mizak did an outstanding job for us in selling our Incline Village home. We had lived here for 27 years so it wasnt an easy decision to put our home on the market. We had received brochures from Cole for several years showing sales and market trends. He was very well versed in our area and carefully walked us through the process. It only took a week from the decision to listing on the MLS to open houses that same weekend. At that time we received 5 over the asking price, full cash offers. It was remarkable! Start to finish was about two weeks! While we were away on vacation, it closed and Cole negotiated our ability to stay in our home for 10 weeks while we organize and move. This was a life-saver! Post sale he continues to be there for anything and everything we need. Cole has been very responsive and answered every communication in a timely manner. We can most highly recommend him for all of the above categories. He does an amazing job!!

Cole is an incredibly detail oriented Incline Village real estate agent, he is responsive and if he doesn?t know the answer he will find it and in a prompt manner. We do not live in the area, so Cole had to give extra attention and time to us. He is bright, hustles and super easy to communicate with. Cole is always available. Review Cole has been an outstanding realtor for us in buying a house in Tahoe. First, he created a tour of several listings in the area that met our interest and within just a few hours notice! I was so impressed with how organized, friendly, flexible, and thoughtful he was on our first meeting. He got to know what we liked and didnt like and sent us listings that met our desires. He was never pushy but gently persistent in assisting us. He also always gave us honest opinions about homes and locations and steered us away from places that he didnt think would be the best fit. He negotiated on the house for us very successfully as well! Cole has also been so helpful since we decided to move here in connecting us with resources. Weve been so impressed with him as a realtor and as a person and would most certainly work with him again in the future.

Review Cole was recommended to us by another realtor as Cole covers the area we were searching for a home in. Cole was super friendly, very patient, and had an easy going personality while being very professional. He never came off as pushy, and guided us through the process of buying our first home. He gave us valuable information about the area that could impact future costs, such as current regulations on fireplaces/wood burners that are a common feature in Tahoe and TRPA coverage regulations. We were always able to contact him and he was very quick to send over any info/documents we needed as we went through the loan process. We are very grateful for his help with us making our dream of living in Tahoe a reality!

Review We contacted Cole in advance at the recommendation of a friend. He gave us information and kept us informed of the market even though we werent quite ready. When we let him know we were ready he met with us promptly, had a professional photographer and videographer out right away and the property was listed within a week. We had 2 offers the day of listing, and Cole held an open house on the weekend which brought in more offers. Ultimately the place sold at well over list price. On the market to close was15 days!
