ZillowVERIFIEDCole was wonderful to work with, very responsive and easy to talk to, also very knowledgeable about the market and the science of selling a home. He was also punctual and never blew us off. He moved fast and was able to handle issues same day of anything that came up. He even was able to meet a repairman so my wand I did not need to miss work. He stayed in direct contact even after the sale to make sure things went as promised. The realty group he works for was leading edge tech and had a mass advertising network, have offers and selling our house for an excellent price in less than a week. I can?t say enough good things about Cole! We highly recommend!!

ZillowVERIFIED When we were introduced to Cole, we were just ?browsing? the market because we thought we couldn?t compete in the insanity of 2022, but Cole was patient and helped us through the process. He believed in us more than we believed in ourselves. He set us up with a great lender that paid our appraisal, got us cash back in escrow for home repairs, and money from the Home from Heroes rebate as I?m a registered nurse. It was all so helpful being first time home buyers. Cole was always responsive during our late night meltdowns and always took the time to talk us off the ledge. I truly believe our offer was accepted because Cole kept constant contact with the sellers agent. He made the deal happen within 24hrs. If you?re reading this review, trust that Cole can make it happen for you!

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Cole Mitchell truly exceeded my expectations. To be quite honest, he got the first accepting offer on the desired home we wanted to purchase ? after we viewed it with no pre-approval letter, which typically leads to heartbreak.Cole immediately got to work, got us the pre-approval letter within hours, and we were ready to go. The offer was accepted THAT evening. Not only does he work abundantly for his clients, but he was also available + accommodating throughout all of our questions in this unknown process as first-time home buyers. He walked us through our contracts, deadlines, approvals, HOA, and in person visits. His time + help was available to us endlessly, and we are truly so thankful for him. I know how stressful home purchases can be at times, and with Cole we never had to second-guess ourselves and we felt extremely confident in his knowledge + expertise. You can truly feel his ?care? for his clients, and see his wisdom + passion in the field. For any future endeavors for our family, we will be going with Cole Mitchell. Thank you Cole!

ZillowVERIFIED Cole Mitchell made selling our home a very positive experience! Cole is very courteous and respectful. He launched a great marketing plan that yielded 12 offers after one Open House weekend. Cole was always accessible to answer all questions and concerns and I know this positive business relationship will continue beyond escrow. Cole also assisted in helping us find a home out of state. Highly recommended!

ZillowVERIFIED Cole is by far one of the best, if not the best, agents I?ve ever worked with. Before engaging in anything he makes sure to know what his client is looking for. He isn?t out just looking to make a commission, he really does go above and beyond, and looks for your interests. Any interested buyer or seller, look no further.

ZillowVERIFIED Cole went ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations from a realtor. He spent days, nights, and weekends working his booty off for us to get our home. The sellers were adamant about not paying for repairs on the home, but Cole worked his magic and was able to get them to fix over $5K worth! I felt Cole had our best interest in mind the entire process and he is an extremely trust worthy agent. I will be recommending him to everyone that is looking for a home. He also helped us find an amazing handy man to fix other small things we wanted done in our new home AFTER we already closed. If you want someone that is going to continuously go the extra mile to make sure you get exactly what you want out of a home, Cole is your guy!
