Cole was wonderful to work with, very responsive and easy to talk to, also very knowledgeable about the market and the science of selling a home. He was also punctual and never blew us off. He moved fast and was able to handle issues same day of anything that came up. He even was able to meet a repairman so my wand I did not need to miss work. He stayed in direct contact even after the sale to make sure things went as promised. The realty group he works for was leading edge tech and had a mass advertising network, have offers and selling our house for an excellent price in less than a week. I can?t say enough good things about Cole! We highly recommend!!

When we were introduced to Cole, we were just ?browsing? the market because we thought we couldn?t compete in the insanity of 2022, but Cole was patient and helped us through the process. He believed in us more than we believed in ourselves. He set us up with a great lender that paid our appraisal, got us cash back in escrow for home repairs, and money from the Home from Heroes rebate as I?m a registered nurse. It was all so helpful being first time home buyers. Cole was always responsive during our late night meltdowns and always took the time to talk us off the ledge. I truly believe our offer was accepted because Cole kept constant contact with the sellers agent. He made the deal happen within 24hrs.
