ZillowVERIFIEDCole is wonderful and I would recommend his services to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, friendly, and professional real estate agent. Cole helped my husband and I to purchase our home in Casa Grande, Arizona. He made the process smooth and hassle free. We were only in phone contact with Cole, due to us being located in California. Cole routed, and had us shown 15 houses in two days! We finally found our lovely home and Cole surprised us by showing up to our final walk through and making sure everything was in order and that all the repairs needed had been completed by the builder! It was a pleasure working with Cole and I can't say enough about him!

ZillowVERIFIED We were referred to Cole by our selling team, whom we used before and loved, so Cole had some big shoes to fill. Thankfully he did and then some. We found a place in a. Very desirable location and we?re dealing with a corporate seller. Despite these factors and the white hot market, Cole still managed to land us the house for under appraisal. The home is exactly what we were looking for and couldn?t be happier. Thanks Cole and team!

ZillowVERIFIED Cole is amazing, beyond professional, and always went the extra step. This was a very emotional sale, but he made the process quick and easy. Trusting someone from across the United States worried me, but within the first few days of speaking with Cole, all my worries went away. He always went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Cole. I hope my family and friends will have the chance to work with him as well. Thank you Cole!

ZillowVERIFIED I want to give a big thanks to Cole Annati. I live in California and listed my house with my realtor and he referred me to Cole Annati in Arizona to help me find a house in my price range. I was not able to travel back and forth to look at houses in Az. Cole actually went out to find me what I wanted in a house after many searches he finally found my dream house. I bought the house sight unseen. In other words i trusted Cole with a half a million dollars of my money and he did NOT disappoint me in the least. Cole is very professional, very like able realtor. He was always there for all my questions via phone or text. Yes I would recommend Cole Annati to a friend. Thank you very much Cole. Jeffrey Deal

ZillowVERIFIED Cole is the best! Two months prior to our move to Arizona from California, I was sending emails almost daily to Cole! I felt like such a pest, but Cole was always so kind, helpful and professional. He made our move so much easier, helping us with pre-qualifying info, where to go for utilities set-up, and everything else that goes along with moving. Have referred him to my other friends who want the best realtor around! Many, many thanks, Cole!

ZillowVERIFIED Cole was great to work with as a first time home buyer! Hes always available to contact and easy to talk to, along with having great insight to provide while looking at properties. How many realtors will sniff the carpets in a place for you?? He also has an ever-growing network of connections to call on for various needs, which is an awesome thing to have access to. I ended up working with his preferred mortgage broker and they were also great to work with! Overall, a great experience!

ZillowVERIFIED We randomly met Cole kind of by accident through a chance meeting at a Jiffy Lube while getting our car worked on a couple years ago the first time we came to Arizona looking for a house. He was exceedingly helpful and friendly and did his absolute best to help us find a house in our limited price range. We ended up having a family emergency that forced us to move to Alabama for a couple years. This was a blessing in disguise as we were able to save up much more and come back in a much better price range for the houses we really wanted. Cole picked up right where we left off and introduced us to a wonderful loan brokerage group who got us approved for a great loan. Between Cole and the brokerage group we learned so much about the house buying process and always felt taken care of. Every question was answered quickly and professionally and Cole went above and beyond to make our first house buying experience as smooth and stress free as something like that can possibly be. We owe Cole so much for being so nice, thorough, and friendly throughout and ever after the purchase. I would highly reccomend Cole to ANYONE looking for any range of property in all the states he is licensed. I promise you wont find anyone more capable, knowledgeable, and supportive to assist you with your sale or purchase. Thanks Cole!

ZillowVERIFIED Totally responsive and exceedingly helpful - nights, days & weekends. We were not living in the city where the prospective purchase was located and his involvement facilitated the transaction. We understand that he represented the seller, however, given our experience, he is one of the best.

ZillowVERIFIED We came to Arizona from out of state and were referred to Cole by our Colorado realtor. Cole was courteous and professional. He was always on time when meeting us at properties. He was very relaxed and patient with us as we looked through many houses in many different locations. He was excellent about setting up showings and truly listened to our needs/wants-even when those needs seemed to change throughout the process. Cole was great about staying in contact with us and followed through with everything we needed. We would definitely use Cole again as well as recommend him to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Cole is an excellent realtor and even better person. He would be the first person I would recommend to anyone looking for a home or property in the Valley. Very resourceful and his work ethic is second to none. Look forward to working with him the next time I look at purchasing property in Arizona.
