Colby was outstanding to work with from the very moment we contacted him to be our selling agent. He came to our home and explained every detail of the selling process. He organized the photo/video person (both he and the photographer did a great job) and asked us which photos we wanted to show from the tremendous amount that was taken. Even though the closing was delayed because of the buyer's lender getting sick, we are 100% satisfied with our friend Colby Winters.
