He organized the photo/video person (both he and the photographer did a great job) and asked us which photos we wanted to show from the tremendous amount that was taken. Even though the closing was delayed because of the buyer's lender getting sick, we are 100% satisfied with our friend Colby Winters. ZillowVERIFIED Colby is an amazing Realtor whom I would highly recommend to anyone looking to sell quickly at the best price. He is fast to respond, honest and provides expert advice. We had an offer on our home within hours of him listing our home and sold in 30 days. Other realtors had the chance to earn our business but they were either slow to respond or stopped following up with us after we said we were not planning to list our home for a month. Colby was the only realtor who was pleasantly persistent (not pushy) and patient. He understood we wanted to make a few updates on our home before listing and continued to check in with us occasionally to see if he could help. This level of customer service earned our trust and we appreciated his check-ins.

ZillowVERIFIED Colby responded quickly to our initial inquiry and stayed with us through the selling of our home and the purchase of our new home. He gave great advice when it came to selling our home and was always available to us. Colby was our advocate when it came to finding a new home. He used his contacts to help find us a home in the area we were hoping to buy in and he even knocked on a few doors of potential sellers for us. Once we found a house we liked, he wasted no time getting us in to see it. Upon looking closely at the house we were interested in, he made some key recommendations that we would have never inquired about and it definitely worked in our favor. Colby went far above the average realtor to help us understand the process, point out specific pros and cons of properties, and work with our sometimes restrictive schedules. Any buyer lucky enough to have Winters Realty assist in their property search will be more than satisfied. I personally wouldn't trust anyone as much as Colby when buying a property.

In the rare instance where you get his voicemail, he either calls back or texts immediately. Same with emails. I wouldn't think of using anybody other than Colby.
