Cody Thompson

Holding extensive experience in the thriving Studio City, Sherman Oaks, Beverly Hills and West Hollywood markets, Cody Thompson prides himself on his loyal, honest, service-oriented approach to real estate. An entertainment industry veteran, Cody brings his strong negotiating skills and in-depth understanding of the contract and transaction process to his current role at The Agency's Beverly Hills office. After graduating from the University of California, San Diego's Communication and Film Studies programs, Cody Thompson moved to L.A. and began working in the entertainment industry in business and legal affairs. During this time, he accepted an offer to be house manager for a prominent high profile client, and soon discovered his passion for real estate. Over the next few years, he managed numerous luxury homes for actors and professional athletes while working closely with L.A.'s top realtors to procure new residences for his clients. During this career-defining time, Cody sharpened his eye for amazing houses and built long-lasting client relationships. An agent for more than six years, Cody has closed more than $150 million in real estate as part of a team and nearly $75 million as a solo agent. In his spare time, Cody enjoys traveling to new places, watching superhero movies, reading, writing and hiking. He is also active within the LA Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce and supports his sister-in-law by raising funds for the Down Syndrome Association of Los Angeles, a cause close to his heart.
