ZillowVERIFIEDCody did an amazing job in helping us sell our home. His knowledge of the current housing market in our area helped us to get to a fair market price for our house. Cody responded quickly when we reached out with questions. Cody was patient when negotiating with ourselves and the buyer's agent. Cody is one of the best real estate agents in this area.

ZillowVERIFIED Cody was outstanding. He knew everything about the property and showed us around the grounds. He also helped negotiate the price way down. We closed on time and are happy with our purchase. I will contact Cody when we are ready to sell in the near future.

ZillowVERIFIED From the first time I reached out to inquire about a property, Cody had been extremely active, responsive and patient with us during our entire house hunting journey. His advise was invaluable and his work not just during the investigation process but from contract negotiation to closing helped us secure the home we had always envisioned in the short timeframe we needed. I feel Cody went above and beyond any request we made and if we are in the market for a new home in the future, Cody is our guy.
