ZillowVERIFIED Cody was accessible and engaged in the whole process. He went above and beyond as I was not local to the area and used all forms of technology to support my search criteria. He took videos, we utilized FaceTime and email often. Cody was so in tune with my criteria that I made an offer sight unseen and I love my home it was absolutely perfect. He knowledge and love of the area makes him the perfect choice to understand what areas work best for your needs and preference. Cody advocated for me throughout all negotiations including repairs and closing costs. As stressful as buying a home could be I could not have picked a better agent to partner with.

ZillowVERIFIED We moved from Southport North Carolina and looked in Ruskin Florida two different occasions, I was lucky enough to contact Cody to help with our home shopping needs. He was able to local the perfect retirement house for me. We looked at 3 other houses and thought we would be in an apartment. Before I was ready to go back home Cody called and found a house that just listed. He took us to the house and within 5 minutes I knew this was the perfect house. Every step of the way Cody was there for me. If your moving to Florida I would strongly recommend calling Cody, he helped me every step of the way and made this move the best moving experience Ive ever had.

ZillowVERIFIED Cody helped us buy our first home in St Pete Beach and we could not be more happy with our experience! He went above and beyond our expectations on everything from looking at homes to the closing date. He really knows his stuff, not just with the area and the properties, but also with negotiating terms and making sure you get what you want. We really like that hes not pushy like many realtors can be. Hes patient and genuinely wants you to find the perfect fit. Highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Cody is extremely knowledgeable. He takes the time to get to know you and whenever you are looking at a property with him he will tell you exactly how each property ranks based on your criteria. Cody was also extremely easy to get a hold of and he had great response times. I will definitely use him again. When putting in the offer in our place, Cody knew exactly what to offer and it matched exactly what the market value on the property was. He made sure that we felt comfortable throughout the entire process. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Look no further!

ZillowVERIFIED Cody helped me purchase my first home for which I renovated and sold. With his help, I was able to sell the home very quickly and made a great ROI! Because of Cody, I my house has 140+ total showings in just 45 days and sold within that time. He was honest, professional and very easy to work with. In fact, hell be selling me my next home too!

ZillowVERIFIED I initially contacted about a half dozen agents when I wanted to put my home on the market. Cody responded within 15 minutes. He was right on top of things every step of the way. He gave me no nonsense suggestions on how to improve the "first impression" of my house and worked with inspectors and the buyers agent to make the sale as smooth as possible.

ZillowVERIFIED 47 days from listing my luxury condo to cash in the bank thanks to Cody. He provided excellent advice on timing the sale, he went over and above in his marketing plan and supervised the photographer to take pictures of our home in its best light. At the same time he also arranged for the purchase of our beautiful new home. Cody was always available by phone, text and email and responded quickly to all of our questions. We believe that he negotiated the best deal on both our purchase and our sale. He was cognizant of our needs and made sure that they were all met. We have already recommended Cody to friends and family. We loved his upbeat attitude and enjoyed doing business with him and would happily do so again.

ZillowVERIFIED Cody exceeded our expectations throughout the entire home buying process and helped us find the perfect fit for our situation. Additionally, I used my VA loan which many realtors lack the knowledge and experience to work with. Codys dedication and professionalism are unparalleled and I cant say enough great things about how much he helped us. Ill never use another realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED I presented Cody with an unusually difficult situation. I was living in a remote mountain village in New Mexico and wanted to move to the Tampa Bay Area. I had to trust him to find me an affordable condo in a good location, which is exactly what he did. He took care of the necessary paperwork and made the whole transaction feel comfortable and nearly seamless. I will always recommend him in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Cody helped me throughout the entire purchase of my home. I called him after another real estate agent fell through the cracks and he showed me a home (now my home) the day before thanksgiving! Because the market is so strong, I was afraid I'd lose it. He was phenomenal! Professional, honest and all around a kind young man.
