Cody helped my wife and I purchase a home in Kansas. We first met with him during the week of Thanksgiving 2025. He made him self very available as we were from out of state and had very small windows to tour homes. He was extremely helpful and very patient with us during the process. Couldn't have got a better realtor for buying our first house. From day one, Cody has been helpful in getting any information that we have needed and quickly. He never pushed us or sugar coated anything. And he is knowledgeable, reserved, and personable. When talking to him, you can tell he has your best interest at heart. We found a house that we love. It's a little older, but it's a great house. He had great advice for things to look for or be concerned about. And also understood the things that we were wanting in a house. When we decided to put an offer in he promptly submitted it. And he worked diligently through the roller coaster of a 25-day closing. There were a lot of texts and emails. A fair bit of back and forth with the sellers. Financing, inspections, insurance, title company deposits. He helped us navigate through all of it. At closing you could tell he was genuinely happy for us. And was so kind as to give us some housewarming gifts. I didn't just get a great realtor but somebody I can call a friend. I don't plan on buying another house at least anytime soon. But if I do, I know who I'm calling. Ps. Cody if you read this, you're going down when we go play paintball. :)
