ZillowVERIFIEDI recently had to sell my house and downsize to a smaller one. I contacted Cody at Dells Rapids Realty LLC and explained my situation and asked what my options were. He laid out every possible scenario with pros and cons of each. His knowledge of all aspects of the real estate business is truly unmatched. With almost 20yrs in the business, I shouldn't be surprised! He had my house sold almost overnight! Not only that, but I'm moving out of state and he put me in contact with a great realtor in MN as well as the wonderful folks at Charter West. This man and his company made what should be a nerve-racking experience into one of the best, simplest and easiest moves I've ever had. I recommend anyone considering buying or selling to talk to Cody first before anyone else! Thankyou Cody!

Sold my house for above asking price. He worked hard to get the deal made as there were issues by the buyer and seller. He seemed to find solutions that worked for both parties.

ZillowVERIFIED Hiring Cody to handle the sale of my property was undoubtedly the best decision I could have made. The entire process, from start to finish, was smooth and stress-free. Prior to hiring Cody, another realtor in the Dell Rapids area recommended listing the home at a significantly lower price. However, once Cody took charge, his experience and precise market analysis pinpointed the exact price I envisioned. The house was under contract in less than a day! I highly recommend Cody for all your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED I have done several Real Estate transactions with Cody Burggraff and Dell Rapids Realty over the years. 5-6?? Transactions at least. Cody's knowledge of Real Estate as a whole is absolutely amazing! There is no problem that arises through the process that Cody doesn't immediately know how to handle and maneuver, he is always a step or two ahead. He is well known in the industry and is extremely aggressive with the task at hand so that you never have to wonder what is being done with the transaction, He is always on top of it! His communication skills are excellent and he is very good about keeping communications open through the whole process and is very professional. There is no question who you should trust to handle your next Real Estate transaction, Cody Burggraff is the only Broker/Realtor I would ever hire to handle my Real Estate business.

ZillowVERIFIED Cody is the best realtor to come to dell rapids. He was very aggressive negotiating a deal when it came to buying our first house. He was with us every step of the way. We looked at several homes together and every home we looked through was able to show us the good and the bad. Also was not pushy. His main concern was that we were happy in the end. Thanks for everything Cody
