ZillowVERIFIED Alicia was my agent on my first house purchase, and she did a fantastic job. We were looking at a different property when a quick scan alerted her that there was an open house a few miles down the road. After a quick drive and tour of the home, we made an offer the next day which was promptly accepted 90 minutes after we submitted it! I was moving to the property from out of state, and Alicia provided amazing service with assisting in recommendations and set up for local inspections and repairs, and basically helping me with all things at the house while I was in another state. She is prompt to respond, very easy to communicate with and always has a smile on her face. The entire team at Stitser Properties was very helpful, always answering my questions in a very timely manner and making me feel very welcome as an out of towner in a new area.

At the beginning, Clint Stitser and his team conducted very thorough market research and offered a realistic evaluation of our property, so that when it was listed on the market we had an offer within hours, even though there were other homes available in the same subdivision.Once the process began, Tammy Cox and Stephane Delarue took over arranging for a professional photographer to showcase the home, providing a step-by-step plan of what we could expect as sellers, and setting out the time frame of what would be happening throughout the process. Tammy was in constant communication with us and the buyers' agent so that information was provided quickly and questions answered promptly, allowing the entire procedure to run smoothly. This was vitally important with a 30-day escrow, and it was successful.We are very pleased with our experience with Clint and his team at Stitser Properties and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home. This was our best experience yet selling real estate and our only regret is that we don't have another property at the moment for them to market.

ZillowVERIFIED Nate made sure we got a deal done. He was never pushy or anything like that and he made me as a new home buyer make all the decisions he just would help me with with any questions or explanations I needed. He is very responsive when you try to get ahold of him, and during my home buying process he was getting ready to have a baby. The market moves fast where I am and a new house that we liked came on the market and I was unable to go see what like it, Nate went out to the house to take videos for me so I could make a decision, and him doing that ultimately got is the house we just closed on. (the baby actually was born on the day I closed and he still found the time to contact me!) overall great and fun experience I would recommend Nate to everyone and everyone, I know anytime I'm looking to test any market Nate and stitser properties are my go to!
