My family used Alex to sell our home in New Orleans in the summer of 2022. Alex is a wonderful realtor; he has a strong sense of the market place, excellent negotiation skills, strong care for people, and diligence to manage the end to end logistics of a sale. We were relocating as part of a job change, which included a corporate relocation company. Because of this, we wanted to be able to close on our house as soon as possible. Alex made sure to consider this with the market place and the pricing structure for our home. He provided data and explained the market place to us which helped us feel comfortable with his pricing recommendation. This ultimately netted us more for our home than we expected, while delivering on our top priority of marketing the home quickly. There were many times where the relocation company personnel changed out, requested duplicate documentation, or missed signing critical documents. Alex caught several of issues from the relocation company, before they became issues that would have delayed the closing. We are a dual-career family with small kids, and had already relocated by the time that we listed our home. Alex went above and beyond to manage issues during the sale process and inspection period while we were busy moving. He effectively communicated with the buyers agent when we were negotiating after inspections, and he helped navigate through issues that are unique to very old homes. We have worked with other realtors prior to Alex. What we havent found in other realtors is excellence in every aspect of the process! Alex has a passion for the city he lives in, which extends to identifying the needs of his clients because he understands what makes a house a home.

Kat Bosio is a force in New Orleans real estate. She is extremely knowledgeable about the city, savvy, and genuinely cares about her clients interests and long-term satisfaction. I worked with Kat over the course of a year, after moving to NOLA from NYC for a lifestyle change and to teach at Loyola University. I was a bit unsure of if I should buy and where I should buy after living in NYC for 20 years. Kat was incredibly patient with me, and made time to show me numerous places she found for me, and some I found and she secured appointments. Kat is extremely patient, and helpful. She has attorney, builder and inspector relationships which she shared with me as well. What I appreciated most about Kat is that she is looking out for her clients best interest, and knows the market so well. There were a couple of places that I had my heart set on, and after doing her diligence, Kat strongly advised me against making an offer due to structural issues which would cost me in the long run. She allowed me time to revisit and ruminate over and over again, but was clear in her recommendation. We had to sell a relatives New Orleans home from Cincinnati. Clint and Daina made it so easy for us. They had to coordinate with handymen, house cleaners, an estate sale company (The Occasional Wife, who were also wonderful!) and other logistics. They were cheerful, patient and thorough. They gave us great advice on the work needed, the staging and the best pricing strategy for the current market. AND, they sold above asking. We were asking a lot. They know their stuff, and they delivered!
