ZillowVERIFIED Clint is an exception realtor and we are so fortunate to have had him represent us in purchasing a home in Ormond Beach. Our family is relocating from Seattle Washington and we could not have asked for better service or representation while walking out this process. We did a scouting trip and came down for five days to better understand the area, hoping to identify where we might want to put down roots as a family and also determine what schools we would want our kids to attend. (elementry age - college). During that time he had lined up many homes that ticked all the right boxes for us to view, gave us thorough orientation of the area and imparted understanding to all the different neighborhoods and surrounding areas . We looked in Port Orange, New Smyrna Beach, Daytona and Ormond Beach. Clint always listened carefully, made us feel like we were his only client, and ended up showing us the home we fell in love with on the scouting trip. He then helped us negotiate a purchase price below asking, and worked with us throughout a complicated transaction (on the sellers end) continually renegotiating concessions and stepping in wherever needed as we were not in the same state. He went above and beyond what would be required of any realtor and I am so grateful he represented us. We could not have done this without him. We recommend Clint wholeheartedly and would work with him again and again. With Clint you will receive the best service imaginable.

The time he took in evaluating the best price we should ask was obvious and we felt the result was very fair. His presentation was concise but very thorough. It was evident he was very knowledgeable. He has a pleasant personality and presentation that makes one feel very comfortable with him and confident he will do what is best for his clients. He also put together a portfolio on our brother-in-laws house which we were pleased with. Although we are not immediately ready to sell, we will definitely call him when the time comes.
