My company relocated me to Georgia from Tennessee and Cliff was the realtor of choice for my relocation company. He is knowledgeable about the area but also about the houses the building structure. He was able to get a lot of houses in front of me in three different areas and location because I was moving into a rural area and not really sure where I wanted to move. He gave me a lot of options that were available so that I can make an informed decision about where I wanted to live. I thought all was lost because I had limited amount of time to find a house and Cliff could tell based on the houses that I was picking the type of house that I was looking for and in the end we found my house out at the lake. We were able to find a house with 2 days of searching. And every time I added a house we ruled it out pretty quickly or was able to get me in to see it. He was also able to find contacts for people who do Lawn Care, handyman services. I have been relocated five over the years and this was one of the easier relocations.

Cliff is a rude person. He told us he'd list a house, then became non responsive and ghosted. When I called him he said he might need more paperwork to list. When I tried working out the problem with him to understand the issue so I could resolve it, his ego got the best of him and he got confrontational as if I told him he's wrong (when I simply tried to get his communication). He then went on to hang up the call on me. Not only did he ghost, then was rude, he also wasted us time in getting the house listed. Stay away from this man.
