ZillowVERIFIED I would highly recommend Cliff for anyone looking for a realtor for the sale or purchase of a home. Cliff helped me sell my home fast and with ease. I had to relocate for a new job and needed to sell fast. Cliff helped me understand any issues, concerns or questions I had. He diligently and professionally worked to make our home sale a done deal. He effectively and efficiently communicated every step of the home selling process. I will forever be grateful for the opportunity to work with Cliff and I am confident that anyone who chooses to work with him wont regret it.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Cliff Beckwith as first-time home buyers, we could not have asked for a better opportunity. The amount of knowledge and experience cliff brought to the table made an already stressful experience a breeze. There were a number of things that my wife and I did not think to ask, and Cliff was right by our side handling the unknown objectives, and unforeseen site conditions. Another important thing we liked about working with Cliff, was that he would respond to questions and concerns in a very timely manner. The answers that he gave were very thorough. We would certainly work with Cliff again in the future. Simply put, above reproach. He has a great personality, he knows what he's doing and from what we experienced, he totally worked in the best interest of me and my family. I don't suppose some out there is looking for a realtor that works hard, communicates well, looks for you, and is a pleasure to be around? Well, Cliff Beckwith just might be the person you are looking for Thanks again Cliff you have been a blessing to me and my family.

Buying and selling a home is a very long and tedious process. Cliff was able to lead us through all of the details with expertise. Also, he was also able to get us an excellent price for our home. ZillowVERIFIED My house sold within 3 days of being listed. I had to relocate out of state and Cliff handled every detail. Cliff was honest and up front about what we needed to do to sell the house and we ended up getting MORE than our listed price. The communication with Cliff was immediate on any question or concern that I had. While my home was in escrow Cliff even took the time to drive by and check on things for us! I would not hesitate to use Cliff as I am sure he will exceed any expectations. Cliff made us feel comfortable with his professionalism and his honest, direct approach. I highly recommend Cliff Beckwith!

ZillowVERIFIED Cliff helped me purchase my first home. He also completely changed my view on realtors, and how helpful & necessary they could be. When I first decided to buy a house, I was trying to think if I even needed a realtor. I thought they just took a cut for letting you see the inside of listings. Turns out, I would not have been able to navigate the entire process at all without Cliff. Furthermore, he made the entire process smooth and stress free. He recommended a great local lender. He has invaluable knowledge of all home buying and selling aspects. This includes what will pass inspection, what to expect from appraisals, how to negotiate quickly and effectively, and pros and cons of various home features. All of the paperwork and order or operations was a breeze with Cliff. He worked around the clock for me, he was very responsive, and he expertly communicated his availability. I loved asking for his recommendations, and he was always spot on across the board. He is honest, patient, human and not greedy. He is a true professional, and I wish there were more ways to work with him more often. Thank you Cliff!

ZillowVERIFIED We met Cliff when he was handling a remodel on our home several years ago. He displays intelligence and resolves problems quickly. I believed he would do well in real estate. Many years ago my parents were Realtors and I know a lot of people in that business. I felt I could trust Cliff to do the best job possible. Sometime ago we had Cliff help our daughter buy her first house, then later to sell it. Now it was our turn to sell our home of over 25 years. He did the research to price it correctly. I agreed with his findings and it sold quickly. I would have him back to do it again without hesitation.

ZillowVERIFIED Cliff Beckwith was our second agent. We learned that using a friend of a friend isn't always the best choice. When we met with Cliff, he presented his approach to the sale with detail and enthusiasm. We had been sitting stagnant for several months not knowing what to do with our first agent. When our contract was up we let her go and interviewed 8 more agents. Cliffs stood out above the others and presented a plan that made sense and considered every aspect of our home as well. He followed through and found us a buyer with in 6 weeks after signing on with us. Thank you Cliff for making the sale of our home so easy. You did a lot of leg work and proved yourself to be a man of your word. We will recommend you to anyone we meet that needs to sell a home. Rick & Jillian Brewer

ZillowVERIFIED Cliff also aided us in buying a home when we first moved to California and there was no doubt when it came time to sale who we would be using to list and sale our home. He is professional, courteous, and both a strong communicator and negotiator. Pretty much everything you want or need in a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Cliff is a first class realtor and will work hard to find you the right home at the best price! We recently moved from out of state and even though the market was very limited, Cliff worked to find us an awesome house. He went the extra mile when we decided to terminate a contract and move to another house...everything was reset in less than a day! He knows the local area and keeps abreast of all the properties and their status for you. Definitely consider him if you are looking to buy or sell a house.

ZillowVERIFIED Cliff helped us purchase a rental property in the local area. We were on a very short deadline in a fast-moving market. Cliff's experience in home construction/remodeling helped us identify the best properties and weed out those with major problems. His strong sales background meant he could put together the best deal and negotiate well with other agents. Based upon my positive experience, we have already recommended Cliff to other buyers/sellers.

ZillowVERIFIED We had worked with several agents before finding Mr. Beckwith. Each agent was slow to respond and had us conform to his timeline. Mr. Beckwith was prompt at returning phone calls and was available to view houses at my request. Mr. Beckwith was wonderful to work with and was knowledgeable about the homes in my area. I would gladly use him again.
