I think Clem is the best realtor I have ever met. 1) he knows everybody and has a superior knowledge of the territory. He tells you where to go, where NOT to go, and which neighbour is appropriate for your family and future.2) he is a master in negotiation. A true pitbull, working for you, and chewing the other side until you get what you want, a good deal, extended warranty, discounts, and extras.3) he is very quick to respond emails/phone/texts.. Drop him an email ? You will hear from him in less than 30 minutes.In a world of pushy and phony realtors, Clem is the exception. A true gentleman, a tank, a person at your service, solving your problems and getting the job done. Both if you sell or buy.
